„Tak szczęśliwi, kiedy przyjechaliśmy. Wszędzie było czysto i cicho. Personel jest przemiły i upewnił się, że wiemy wszystko, co musieliśmy wiedzieć. Obiekt spa jest świetny. Można korzystać z łaźni parowej, sauny, basenu i jacuzzi, które tak bardzo mi się podobały, a także korzystać z siłowni i płacić za zabiegi spa, które są w rozsądnej cenie. Prysznic w pokoju wow był cudowny i gorący i silny wiatr. Spędziłem tam tak dużo czasu, że nie chciałem wychodzić lol. To był zasłużony czas dla nas obojga. Zdecydowanie wrócimy w przyszłości. Łatwo znaleźć. Jest też miejsce parkingowe za rogiem, które nie było daleko, 1 minutę spacerem od hotelu. Weatherspoons było również tuż obok. Dziękuję wszystkim za wspaniały pobyt. Do zobaczenia wkrótce.”

„Co za niesamowite odkrycie, każda przestrzeń jest przepięknie oryginalna, pełna roślin, ozdób i ciekawych doznań. Jedzenie (mieliśmy kolację i śniadanie) było wyśmienite, w tureckim stylu, w najmilszym tego słowa znaczeniu, z domową atmosferą, cudownie. Pokój był w porządku, klimatyzacja działała idealnie i nie była głośna, a do dyspozycji gości była bezpłatna herbata, kawa, woda i kosmetyki. Personel był przyjazny i pomocny, ale… do zameldowania potrzebny jest paszport lub prawo jazdy, o czym nie wiedziałam (urodziłam się i mieszkam w Wielkiej Brytanii, więc zazwyczaj nie noszę przy sobie dowodu osobistego).”

„The frontline staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. The decor and vibe was very nice and stylish. However, my experience was seriously impacted by several issues in my room. The bed frame collapsed during my stay, the fuse went off while I was cooking, and there was no water supply for one entire night and the following morning. These problems caused inconvenience and discomfort.”

„I have stayed here for a relaxed day. booked one of he cheapest rooms and had a great experience. The location is absolutely amazing. The room size was nice and everything was in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet and bathtub very clean. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Some of the highlights are obviously the pool, the jaccuzzi, sauna and steam room. Another great surprise it was that the coffees and teas in the room were complementary and that's something amazing for London, when they charge for everything. On top of it all, the price was very low, compared with a lot of other places in London that offer way less. I absolutely recommend you staying here.”

„After I made booking via trip.com for 8 nights, I sent a request to hotel for two single beds instead of one king double bed in my room and also my room to be facing the river, not the back alley of the hotel. I did not receive any response/reply from the hotel until I arrived at the hotel for check-in. The staff at the check-in desk (Ms. Kalyani) told me that there is no room with two single beds available and the only rooms available are with one king size double bed + the room is facing back alley. She said the rooms facing river will cost more as they are premium rooms and if I want I will have to pay GBP35.00 more per night for 8 nights. She kept insisting that hotel staff replied to me via email/call or message that there is no room with two single beds available and facing river side. I told her several times that I have not received any message or call or email from anyone regarding this. She kept arguing and she was joined by more staff who also kept arguing. I told her that it is not acceptable that after I have made the full payment in advance, now you are telling me that you cannot give me a nice room. If I cancel at the day or check-in at hotel, I loose a significant amount of money. So, I am left with no choice but to accept whatever room is offered to me. After an hour of unreasonable arguments by the hotel staff (mainly Ms. Kalyani), I was shown a decent room facing river with a king size double bed. I specifically requested for two single beds but I was left with no choice but accept it because of the full payment in advance. This is something which trip.com and the hotel management must look into. Because if your hotel has made an agreement with trip.com to accept guests coming via trip.com, then it is the hotel's responsibility to make sure that guests requests are replied/responded on time. You cannot simply blame it on guests and ask them to check with trip.com. You are accepting bookings via several online booking agents including trip.com. It is your responsibility to check and confirm to guests any requests coming through online booking agents. Simply pushing it on guests and asking them to check with trip.com is not acceptable and this must change. In the end, Ms Kalyani (the staff at the check-in counter) stopped arguing and trying to prove her point that they are right. I have stayed in this hotel before for 4 nights and it was a good experience but this time it was not good. Although, Ms Kalyani tried to compensate me with a free breakfast voucher for two, for one day, it was not a good experience overall. The staff on the front desk in day shift and night shift are mostly very arrogant and ill mannered. They are probably paid low wages and no training provided to them to smile and be polite to guests. Mostly the flat face and rude replies with arrogance. I think the hotel management must look into replacing the Managers in day shift and night shift and also the should consider hiring people with good attitude and provide them proper training. This is not a good hotel to stay for long term, I will not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel more than one day.”

„Świetny hotel w centrum Londynu. Idealna lokalizacja: 8 minut spacerem do Pałacu Buckingham (idź tam rano przed śniadaniem, żeby zrobić zdjęcie bez turystów), 15 minut spacerem do Big Bena i Izby Lordów (rano nie ma tam nic do roboty, ale wieczorem, kiedy robi się ciemno, jest inaczej, spójrz na oświetlenie). Pięć minut spacerem do metra St. James Park i 15 minut spacerem do molo Westminster (tramwaj rzeczny, łódź Uber do Greenwich lub z powrotem, nie tylko wygodny dojazd, ale także ciekawe widoki). Trzy minuty spacerem do świetnego pubu The Albert, napij się piwa. Po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje się również kantor wymiany walut i bankomat. Kilka supermarketów znajduje się w odległości spaceru. Jeśli przyjedziesz przed czasem zameldowania, oferują bezpłatny prysznic i zmianę ubrań w centrum fitness oraz pozostawienie bagażu w przechowalni, która zostanie dostarczona do Twojego pokoju w czasie zameldowania. Śniadanie łączone: bufet + zamówienie dwóch dowolnych dań z menu. Jeśli przyjedziesz rano, przed 8:00, to wszystko jest super. Ale nie dokładnie o 7:00, o tej porze już jest kolejka tych, którzy czekali na niego przy drzwiach :) Później jest już kolejka, sporo ludzi. Można usiąść na zewnątrz w ogrodzie, jeśli pogoda na to pozwoli. Przy wejściu, podczas oczekiwania, nalewają Ci Proseco, a raczej nalewasz sobie :) Internet jest świetny, po prostu leci. W pokoju jest bezpłatna woda, uzupełniają ją codziennie. Czajnik, ekspres do kawy, lodówka. Duży sejf (w tym laptop). Sam pokój jest duży, wygodny. W łazience jest wszystko, czego potrzebujesz: szampon, żel, krem ​​do rąk, szczoteczka do zębów itp. Jest siłownia i spa, ale tam nie byłem. Budynek ma ciekawą historię, przeczytaj o niej na stronie hotelu. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jestem więcej niż zadowolony. Wszystkie niedociągnięcia rekompensuje lokalizacja.”

„We stayed in Blue orchid hotel for 9 nights in February 2025. In May, we stay in this hotel for 9 nights again. The reasons I chose Bule orchid hotel are：all staff in hotel are polite nice and kind. They can help you immediately. They work efficiently. I mean the reception and house keeping. Eli who is in reception is so good and professional. The hotel should be proud of her performance in the job. Zong”

„We love this hotel! Location is walkable to Battersea Power Station and really close to the park. Amenities are well maintained as well. Our only complain is only 1 lift was working during our stay. But the rest are perfect.”

„Everything was great, just like the grades I’ve given in the above. The location was so perfect I have to double mention, near the train station and many other restaurants. The only downside I have is that the twin room beds were connected. If I wanted the twin beds to be connected I would have booked a double bed room. Other than that, everything else was good. Had a great experience staying here.”
