I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Newtown City, Kolkata with my mother and my son. The amenities and overall environment were excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Everything was well managed and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Check in was smooth and quick. I was escorted to my room. The room was well appointed, clean and house keeping did a good job. The hotel took care of an issue with slightly faulty bathroom faucets as well. Overall, a nice stay.

The overall experience was good. There were some issues with housekeeping which was annoying. Service and staff were very good. Mr Raj received us very well late at night. Service at the restaurant was exceptional.

I have just spend some time at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Kolkata and what a good surprise. The hotel team is taking a good care of the place and makes you feel very comfortable. The restaurant is something, food is super tasty and I have enjoyed very much all I have ate. I will definitely come back. Big thank to sandip Ghosn that brings me my room service, Nikhil mondal who takes care of my room everyday, Bhabna from the restaurant but as well the people I didn’t name, from the kitchen to restaurant staff and the lobby, that are all part of the great job.
