We stayed only one day for personal reasons, although we had booked for a little longer. The owner had the most comprehensive understanding of it and had separated our booking and returned us the money for the remaining days. I find this very lovely and really customer-friendly. We have paid a small amount due to the administrative fees that the renter had to pay in advance because of our change. However, compared to the amount for the additional days, it is not worth mentioning. We are very grateful for this.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The place was quiet and relaxing, especially compared to the busy center of Cat Ba. The room was simple but clean, and the pool was a nice bonus after being outside all day. There’s also a small garden area that’s really nice for chilling in the evening, though there were quite a few mosquitoes, so bring some mosquito spray. Staff were friendly and everything went smoothly overall

Hotel buffet spread is nice and quite a variety. Bed is comfy and hotel is clean. Hotel downstairs got eatery and brew beer restaurant with food. Overall, i am very satisfy with this hotel. The staff are friendly as well.

Pokój był ogólnie bardzo ładny, z dużym łóżkiem, w którym bez problemu zmieściłaby się rodzina. Rozkład był całkiem rozsądny. Hotel zapewniał cztery butelki wody na każdy posiłek, co było miłym akcentem. Śniadanie było obfite, oferując różnorodne dania kuchni chińskiej i zachodniej, a wietnamskie pho było wyśmienite. W pobliżu znajduje się centrum handlowe, więc po posiłku można poszperać. Jest też Uniqlo i duży supermarket, co ułatwia zakupy. W centrum handlowym niedawno otwarto bufet z owocami morza, który jest bardzo przystępny cenowo – tylko 500 000 VND za osobę – i oferuje szeroki wybór świeżych owoców morza. W pobliżu znajduje się również tajwańska restauracja No. 7 Canteen, a także kuchnia japońska i wietnamska.

This is a great hotel , Staff is top class and very helpful and can speak English. Room is spacious and very clean. The room is also equipped with all you need with an excellent TV package.The breakfast good and there is something for every taste. Can highly recommend this hotel.

The building is not high, so I didn't expect it, but the view was so good and the lighting was so pretty at night. The staff were friendly and there was something to play in the pool and it was a great pool to play. Have a good time.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Room had everything. Clean, quiet, smells nice in the room &Hotel. The location is also very nice - close to the main road. Minus is they don't speak English and the breakfast is very basic (they don't have any option you just get some soup and fruit)

I did not receive the room type that I reserved through Trip.com. My booking was for two suite rooms, each with two beds and one sofa bed, to accommodate a total of nine guests. Upon arrival, the reception staff informed me that this room type was not available and stated that the listing on Trip.com was incorrect. As a result, the rooms provided do not match my confirmed reservation, causing significant inconvenience to my group. I would appreciate an explanation for this discrepancy and an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.
