I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Mixed feelings but overall, nice and good value for money. Nice and quiet location, but you will need a motobike to get to the restaurants etc. No grab operates in the area. The hotel is large, clean. The rooms are a little dated but ok, functional but dark, no chairs to sit on the balcony. Hotel does host large groups of tourists so the early morning ”towel wars” are a feature and breakfast can get quite busy. It has tennis and pickleball court but no ball or rackets to play with, we asked and we were told to use our own. The pools are nice and large, the beach faces east which makes it perfect place to watch the sunrise. Unfortunately, the hotel also has a ”petting zoo” - three small cages, one with rabbits, one with squirrels and one with birds. Sadly the animals are not care for well - when we arrived the rabbits had no water and the squirrels water has not been changed for days. We asked several times for the animals to get water - we were repeatedly told someone will do it. No-one did it, in the end we had to do it ourselves and did it for the remainder of the 4 days we were there. Despite number of the staff tending to the gardens around the cages, noone apparently had a spear second to top up the animals' water in 30+ degree heat. The animals have no enrichment either.

Loved this hotel. Had everything I needed and the staff were always there to help if anything was needed. Breakfast was superb, as well the choice of lunch and dinner. The beach and pool was great. There is also a hotel bus that runs into the Phan Thiet centre several times a day which was very handy. Would stay again at Sonata Hotel.

I had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around. The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Aside from that, the service was generally quite good. I might consider returning if I visit Mui Ne again.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony po noworocznych wakacjach tutaj. Kiedy przyjechałem, był powitalny drink, owoce, a zwłaszcza odręczny list, który wywarł na mnie ogromne wrażenie. Kampus ośrodka jest bardzo duży, ma 2 baseny i wiele drzew oraz pojazdy elektryczne do transportu. Pokój, w którym mieszkałam, był apartamentem przy plaży.Wyglądało na to, że ośrodek został zbudowany dawno temu, więc projekt nie był jakiś szczególnie wyjątkowy, ale był w pełni wyposażony, czysty, duży i sprawiał wrażenie przytulnego. Pokoje sprzątane są dwa razy dziennie. Na noc można opuścić moskitierę i zjeść mały kawałek ciasta z opowiadaniem typu Dar życia. Widok na powitanie wschodu słońca o poranku jest bardzo piękny. Minusem jest dwustronna konstrukcja, przez co czasami słyszę dźwięk z pokoju obok. Śniadanie w formie bufetu jest urozmaicone i obejmuje pyszne dania z makaronu rybnego. Personel jest profesjonalny, uprzejmy i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Rozumiem, dlaczego ocena tutaj jest tak wysoka. Jestem bardzo zadowolony i wrócę.

Beautiful & green resort, good F&B service from staff at restaurant nearby the pool & beachfront , careful pool attendants. Breakfast is variety of choices, service staff is not actively clean my table, just standby at the corner supervising around with doing nothing, I have had brought used tablewares to him/her several times, unfortunately and badly they all ignore my action without improving :( Check out is very slow at noon time with very hot lobby, should set up some electrical fans.

Thematically decorated hotel in pirate style which probably kids will be fond of. As for us looked pretty much artificial without some common facilities fr example no big lobby with convenient waiting area. Location is extremely inconvenient in some semi abandoned area. Rooms are high-end decorated and nice. At the same time hotel territory is not big and all the hotel services seems overpriced as for this city and location. Hotel beach is across wide highway, not at the hotel territory. Swimming pools are small and shallow which looked aimed at kids as well.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna, w centralnej części Mui Ne. Plaża jest szeroka, czysta i przestronna. Leżaków jest mnóstwo dla każdego. Śniadania są dobre, wszystkiego pod dostatkiem. Hotel przyciąga wielu turystów swoimi parkami. Jest tłoczno, ale hotel jest duży, więc nie stanowi to problemu. Basen jest czynny do 21:00, co jest bardzo ważne. Polecam każdemu, kto szuka niedrogich wakacji, pysznych śniadań i ładnej plaży.

Out of town but that's ideal for some. Amazing brand new facilities, staff really friendly and much improved compared to previous sub-optimal reviews re: service. It's clear that a lot of effort has gone into training staff. A great place to stay

Отель уютный, очень не большой. Персонал любезный, заботливый. Завтракать лучше через дорогу в фошнице, или кофейне С круассанами , пойдя 300 метров вправо)))) пляжа как такового нет, бассейн на четверых) но мы приехали с собакой, поэтому на все ,, но,, закрыли глаза. В душевой проблемы с функционалом смесителей и у нас и в номере наших друзей..... Жить можно, но отдыхать не очень....))))
