I booked this hotel by mistake, as I was looking for a hotel in Saint John, not St. John’s. Goes to show, make sure you don’t assume things. Also, don’t book hotels when you’re about to go to sleep and haven’t had good sleep for a couple of consecutive nights. Lesson learned.

The staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful but on the website it shows they have a restaurant and bar however it’s not open to the public or to paying guests staying there. They use it to feed the immigrants.

Staff was wonderful, room was very clean. This hotel advertises on-site restaurant services and apparently, for the past few years, there has not been any. The entire building is "tired" and in need of an upgrade. ******* should stop advertising a restaurant for this hotel.

Water damaged ceiling. Dated and loud. Poor gym facilities treadmill and TV broken. No equipment. TV in room small.

This property's web site list dining as one of its amenities, the dining room has been closed for 4 years. The staff did not address the closed dining room at check in, there is not a sign to tell you the dining room is closed.

Very noisy the 2 nights we stayed there. Rooms are very very dated. Hotel needs major renovations and complete overhaul.
