The hotel is older and not handicap suitable; 16 small stairs to my room, and in order to get ice, I had to use those stairs to get to the the office. Comfortable bed. The restaurant is separate. One has to got outside to get something to eat. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly"

"a lovely place to stay in st. johns for a few days. ample free parking but you need to walk a number of steps to access the lobby or your room. the rooms are large and clean. we took the signal hill room and it was conveniently located near the entrance. security is good as you require pin numbers to open the doors. comes with breakfast and the food was fantastic. each day a different menu. the service was impeccable. would definitely recommend. thank you. p.s. no shops in the vicinity of the hotel so a car is essential."
