Staff was courteous on WeChat before arrival. Hotel is able to receive items bought online. Hotel gave us a little later check out time after we asked as our flight was at night. Luggage could be stored in hotel lobby. Hotel lobby was not really grand looking but at least it had a shop front which had its name. Saw that there were other hotels are in the same building too. Hotel seems to only cover 1 level, on the 2nd floor. Upon going out from the lift, right side is an internet cafe while the hotel rooms were on the left. Of the 3 days we were there, we only had to scan once to open the glass door which leads to the rooms (door was open at other times). Hotel has laundry facilities between 8am-8pm but we did not use it. Room service is available upon request via WeChat. Hotel provided towels and toiletries too. Cleanliness needs to be improved as my friend spotted trash on the bottom shelf of the water dispensing area when we checked in. Bedsheets were clean, bed was comfortable. Room was pretty quiet despite being near a road. Location wise, quite straightforward to walk to Wuyi square via underground or street. Hotel is next to La Nova shopping mall (but does not have many shops) and an underground commercial street that leads to Wan Da shopping centre and opposite the road. Lots of eating areas around too. Walkable to Mi Fen street too.

This was an excellent place to stay in Changsha, better than we could have expected. We visited in December and the heating from the air conditioner was enough to keep the room warm. The bathroom is modern, and even has heating above the shower. Both the room itself and the bathroom were very clean. We were on the third floor so we did not get bothered by any sound from the street. I am a very light sleeper but I did not wake up from anything. There are a few open air lounges around the building, most with a roof to protect from the rain, which were nice to sit and eat breakfast. The best thing about the room however is the bed. It is spacious (I think a king size) and so, so comfortable. There is a laundry facility but we didn't use this on our trip. They don't have a dryer machine but they do have a clothes line to dry clothes on. The owner spoke with us through WeChat and gave us recommendations on places to eat (a huge list, maybe 40 different places!) and checked if we needed room cleaning every day, and provided extra water bottles. The aunties at the hotel are all friendly. The location is really good, 5-7 mins walk from Peyuanqiao subway, and just one stop from Wuyi Square on line 1. It is also about 40mins on the subway or 30mins taxi to ChangshaNan Station (high-speed rail) and about 45mins subway from the airport. The hotel is on a quiet side street, the main street is very much a local, non-touristy street, which was nice, with a friendly uncle selling breakfast in the morning and many stalls and restaurants nearby. By the station you also have bigger chain shops and restaurants if this is what you prefer. The only thing to improve for me is that a coat hanger would be useful so we can hang up our coat somewhere. I love Changsha, my favourite city in China, and I think this hotel will become my go-to the next time I am back to visit!

My trip got cut short due to family emergency but my parent stayed at Xiangyu Xiangyue Apartment not too long ago and recommended this place so I am writing this on their behalf as they did not had the chance to do it. Location: The location is excellent — right beside IFS and within walking distance to Taiping Street, Wuyi Square Station, shopping malls, food streets, cafés, and convenience stores. Super convenient for both day and night activities. Apartment Condition: The room was clean, modern, and spacious compared to standard hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the air-conditioning worked well. The apartment comes with basic amenities like a small fridge and kettle, which is great for longer stays. Building & Check-in: Since it’s an apartment-style stay, the entrance is inside a commercial building. Check-in was smooth and the host provided clear instructions, but first-time visitors may need to look around a bit to find the correct lift lobby. Service: The host was responsive and polite. Communication was easy, and they were helpful when I needed directions and recommendations. Noise Level: Because it’s in the busiest part of Changsha, some street noise can be heard at night — typical for such a central location. If you’re sensitive, you may want to request a higher floor. Overall: A great choice if you want convenience, modern comfort, and a prime location right next to IFS. It’s ideal for travellers who enjoy shopping, nightlife, and easy access to transportation.

This place was honestly perfect. The 3-bedroom loft was super spacious, clean, and had a really cool modern design. It felt more like a home than a hotel. The location was right in the middle of Changsha, so everything was super easy to get to—food, shops, metro, you name it. Beds were comfy, the view was great, and the whole vibe was just really chill. The host was also super helpful and easy to reach. I’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location in the heart of Changsha’s shopping district, surrounded by street stalls and malls—perfect for those who love to explore and shop. It’s also just a short walk from TaiPing Ancient City, adding a touch of cultural charm. Plus, having a 24-hour convenience store right below makes it easy to grab anything you need at any time. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. With smart device controls, everything felt modern and effortless. The bathroom was equally impressive—large, clean, and well-equipped with a heated toilet bowl and a great heated shower. A special shoutout to their Dyson-equivalent hairdryer, which was a pleasant surprise! The service was also top-notch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The complimentary laundry service was a great added convenience, making our stay even more comfortable. If there was one minor downside, it would be that the 3-person room we booked only came with 4 pillows instead of 6. Since we each like to have something to hug while sleeping, a couple more would have been ideal. That said, this was just a small detail and didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!

Hotel entrance and elevator is in bad condition. I felt that the elevator was shaking and afraid if it would fall. Staff at night was only teenage staff. One staff did not try to listen condition of room, she wanted to only finish me to go to any room and do other job. In the morning older staff came to ask about opinion for hotel. I said above idea. She did not try to understand it but immediately said that they may have other job so do so they tried to finish you fast. (At check in time, no one was waiting, they must give the priority about room that I wanted quiet room) About the room , it was beautiful but very noisy. After 10 A.M. speaker at junction will start. It is a convenient location but you can not rest well there.

This Hotel has a great location for arrival by train and we walked to the hotel. This is not a standard full service hotel and finding the store which doubled as Hotel desk took a minute. Chinese language only during our stay being a small operation, but the room was good and clean. Small detail problems like missing bathroom door handle and 2 bath towels for 4 guests, but if you can live with these inconveniences, the location and price was great for arrival into Changsha before relocating after a few days to the old town and walking streets.

To rzadkie wakacje, więc chcę zabrać dzieci do Changsha, żeby się trochę rozerwać. Czytanie tysięcy książek nie jest tak przyjemne, jak podróżowanie tysiącami kilometrów. Ten hotel znajduje się obok stacji kolei dużych prędkości, niecały kilometr stąd. Wzięliśmy taksówkę z dużą ilością bagażu i dotarcie tam zajęło nam tylko pięć lub sześć minut. Pokój jest duży, czysty i schludny, w sam raz dla nas dwojga z dziećmi. Recepcjonista jest bardzo uprzejmy. Wiedział, że będziemy się bawić i wskazał nam trasę metra. Pojechaliśmy na Orange Island, na May Day Square i zjedliśmy raki. Bardzo nam Ciebie brakowało w Changsha.

Airport pick up is provided despite arriving early in the morning at about 1am. The location is very good with hawker food and cafes just next to the hotel. Subway station is just a short walk away, so it is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist when required.

Entrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful. Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo. Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there. Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult. The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay. The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.
