Contemplated an extension. Pros: Excellent service & assistance from day staff like Miss Lee 李 to evening staff (forget to ask name). Very clean room. Free use of laundry amenities though only 1 set. Lots of eateries and convenience shops within 3min walk. 10min walk from railway. 20min metro ride to Fountain area. Cons: Noise control - can hear noise from outside room clearly so was awakened by loud guests during midnight & early morning.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY 😭😭😭!!!!!! Need to put the service as first cause they are all superbbbbbbbb!!!!!!! 1. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING 😭 + So we arrived a little bit late and when we arrived they told us to look at the other rooms for us to choose our favourite,and despite I love the pink room,I still went to and choose the green one,cause it's soooooo aesthetic! Like look at da pic!!! + The receptionist a young woman were sooooo helpfull! They told us that we can just grab any snacks,yogurt drinks,coffee and tea for free! + She also help us to wash our cloth😭😭😭 despite I'm trying to be independent about it,she still entertain us and keep on asking us if we need help huaaaa sooo sweet and niceee😭😭😭!!! 2. ROOM (SHOULD I EVEN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT? LIKE LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!) + Oh god I was soooooo shoketh to see the place is even nicer than the pictures hahahaha,they have a tea area with the views of the buildings, a huge bath tubs, a place for us to chill and tons of power socket to charge everything! And don't forget their huge projector to watch movies which can connect to your phones or ipad ! How amazing!!!! + The place smells amazingggg( forget to ask the owner what type of fragrance did they use cause it's sooooooo soothing!) + No wonder they call this place an intelligent hotel cause everything is calling out technology in it's superiority 😭😭😭 3. Location! + Please look for the buildings number 5 (there are numbers on the buildings) cause we literally confuse at first and didn't saw the numbers on the building hahahaha and keep going back and forth searching for it lol + Oh god just go down the hotel,there's food market everywhere and tons of convenience store like literally open 24 hours?!!! And its sooo easy for us Muslims to find food cause theres a western halal food name cowboy got busy ( I guess so but there's cowboy in the name hahaha run by a son and his mother) + The place is soooo amazing! I love that there's subway nearby and if you are lazy just get on the Didi and it's cheap tho,so yeah I love the place and the people is soooooo kind😭😭😭

This place felt like a luxury that I'm not used to as a long term traveller. The bed, the different lights, the bathroom. Everything was of a high standard. Location is good too. It's on walking distance from some of the mayor sights and for things further away there is a metro station nearby. This metro line serves both railway station, making the hotel very accessible.

The hotel is located nearby the subway with about 15-20 mins walking from Bailuhu station. The girls at the reception gave excellent service. When I exited the said station at exit C, I wasn't sure of my bearing. The reception took the trouble to come to the station to pick us up! That is top service! I wasn't happy with the first room as it was facing a construction site with the pounding noise and they changed to another room for me without any fuss. The room is big and clean and exactly as their advertisement. From the reception girl to the cook and cleaner, they are ever ready to assist and they have a smile and greetings whenever I see them. There is a coffee machine at the reception counter where you can make your cuppa whenever the fancy takes you. They are also never stingy on giving out the bottled water whenever you want it. There is also a water dispenser at the reception. Breakfast is filling and no 2nd helping is allowed. My only complaint is their towels are not very absorbant. Other than that, impeccable service all the way! There are many food options outsifcde. Will recommend to friends and will definitely book again if I ever come to Guiyang.

The place is really nice, and getting a taxi is super convenient. It's close to the Fountain Square, Little Cross, Jiaxiu Tower, and Qianling Mountain Park—all right in the city center. The front desk staff were really sweet and helpful. The rooms were spotless, and the weather was great during our stay. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything clean and tidy. The service was top-notch, really thoughtful too. Definitely staying here again next time!

This is a budget hotel, renovated on the 24th floor of Building 3 at the Central Business District of Huaguoyuan. It is nice, neat and clean with necessary amenities, for a short stay in Guiyang. It's located near 松花路站 Songhua Road Metro station (Exit B). However, it's a little tricky to find the hotel since the lobby of the hotel is located on the 24th floor and there are so many hotels in Building 3. Besides, there are only staircases down with no working escalator from the exit of the metro station or Didi drop-off at the road side, in order to access the lift lobby of Building 3. This becomes challenging with a 24” luggage during check-out as one needs to lift the luggage up the staircases. I managed to find out (from the hotel receptionist) the only cargo lift with access to Level 2, avoiding climbing up the staircase upon check-out. The room was extremely cold during the 1st night of the stay as Guiyang temperature was about 3-5 deg C. Despite switching to the temperature control to the maximum (30 deg C), the hot air supplid was insufficient to warm up the room.

Mold in hotel room, shower, ceiling and everywhere in public area. Corridor smell bad. Top floor is worst. It’s an older hotel which was once very luxurious: nice wall paper, generous room layout, well appointed furniture, good comfy mattress, but sadly, it has seen better days. The entire hotel needs a facelift and deep cleaning. Carpet stained and grime and dirt where all corners of all walls meet, accumulated from years of neglect. Shower smells bad and water does not drain. We were shown several rooms; all smell of cigarette smoke as none are smoke free (ashtrays in all rooms). Plus points: 1. Excellent service from lady front desk manager 2. house keeping staff work very hard to keep up with the degrading rooms. 3. Linen very clean, changed daily and nice high thread count sheets 4. Housekeeping brings a tray of fresh fruits delivered to hotel room daily 5. Free self service laundry (no dryer) 6. Location is great 7. plenty of free easy parking 8. Many places to dine within walking distance of hotel. 9. Cheap It’s a pity hotel management do not work on maintenance. It has potential to relive its good years again with some TLC. Thank you again to all the staff who are so friendly and helpful. We had a room with huge windows facing the mountains. A little road noise but not bad when windows shut.

good and bad, stayed at 42 flr, partial view of twin tower, Pro: room is spacious and clean, come with a washer, a fridge and a small kitchen. Nearby alot off eatery. Con: floor tile is cold during winter, water pressure is low and run out of hot water quickly during shower, kitchen cabinet is full of junk. Neutral: 7min to metro, abit hilly.

我這邊是提前放寒假，剛從疲憊學校出來🏫就趕緊和我的三個同學商量一起約好就住在北站附近找一家性價比比較好入住，一起吃吃喝喝玩玩，晚上打牌，組隊打王者，放鬆一下，第二天再趕高鐵回家過年，我們一起達成一致三個人約好一起出發，剛好隨手預訂走攜程平台，全程來到就北站附近走路5分鐘民宿，拖着行李箱，拿着大包，前台姐姐看我們來這麼多人，東西又多直接免費給我們升級房型標間，還幫我們一起拿東西進入房間，教我們使用房間設備，燈光空調，真的很細心照顧，我們特別感激，回到房間，跟在家一樣，跟同學一起度過美好晚上，我們點了好多吃的，睡好了，第二天趕高鐵，回到家，我一定要給入住這家民宿非常好評，值得擁有，太寶藏了。下次放假我們還來，我們同學一致認可，民宿確實不錯👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars – An Absolutely Fantastic Stay! My stay at Shangjing Hotel (Guiyang Railway Station Hongtongcheng Shopping Center Branch) was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and professional staff. The service was outstanding – always helpful, smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is excellent. Situated near Guiyang Railway Station and Hongtongcheng Shopping Center, the hotel is in a vibrant and convenient area with plenty of shopping, food, and transportation options nearby. It made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. The hygiene standards were top-notch. The room was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean and comfortable. And the beds… amazing! The mattresses were incredibly soft and comfortable, giving me some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. After a long day, it was pure luxury to relax in such a cozy bed. Overall, an outstanding experience with excellent service, great staff, perfect cleanliness, and a fantastic location. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
