Znajdź 2-Star hotele w mieście Hami

Hotel parking is super convenient, parking spaces are sufficient, and there is no need to wait for a smooth entry and exit. The bedding in the room is clean and soft, the bedding is fluffy and odorless, the mattress is very comfortable to sleep, sleep well all night, the overall stay experience is great!

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

Rooms are spacious but bathroom is small, slippery and the washing machine in the bathroom will be all wet when you bathe. WC in most rooms are not functioning smoothly. WiFi connectivity is poor. The auto curtain in my room spoilt the next day. The smart gadget in my room cannot function as network connectivity is problematic. The good thing is the auto water boiler and dispenser and coffee warmer in each room.

1. Clean and quiet, intimate service, convenient parking, cost-effective, I will choose here next time. 2. Check-in and check-out are efficient, the room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the journey is very safe, recommended. 3. Great location, good health, good staff attitude, great stay experience

The special room is a bit noisy on the second floor facing the street. I sleep lightly at night. I don’t sleep well. Others are very good. It is also close to the train station. It takes a few minutes to walk. There is a bus stop next to it. There are also many restaurants downstairs. The taste is not bad.
