„The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.”
