GGość一家六口春節出遊，這家酒店讓全家人都很滿意，房間寬敞，環境安靜，衞生非常好，連家裡有潔癖的長者都覺得挺滿意，説很乾凈整潔，早餐也很棒，種類挺齊全，熱菜做的很用心，不管幾點去吃，都保證熱呼呼的足量供應，從晚上入住到第二天離店，遇到的服務人員都笑容滿面，禮貌周到。走的時候前台小姐姐還體貼的問要不要帶幾瓶水在路上，我説要一瓶水就可以了，結果連拖鞋等一整套用品都給贈送了一套，紅紅火火的手提袋，大過年的，看着很是喜慶。相信這樣用心的酒店，也會紅紅火火的

進酒店大門就是笑口常開的前台小姐姐和青銅鼎，寓意“基業長青，鼎盛千秋”。酒店內的花香從一進店門到床上，我晚上閉眼還能聞到花香，不刺鼻不濃郁，衹是清淡的。

From the moment I entered the store door to the bed, I can still smell the flowers when I close my eyes at night. It is not pungent or strong, but light.

VVSTWe would highly recommend this hotel, Tian ma hotel for those visiting Hami, Xinjiang. Tian Ma hotel is just about 700m / 10 minutes walk from Hami Railway station. The design of the room makes it practical and comfortable to stay in. The bedroom and the bathroom & toilet area is partitioned by a wall with sensor lights. The breakfast is also reasonably good for the price we paid. It was 198 yuan per night when we stayed there in May 2024.
The room is very clean and the water pressure in the shower is strong. There's also washing machines available for self-service laundry on the 2nd floor.

GGośćThe hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

Kkayh88Rooms are spacious but bathroom is small, slippery and the washing machine in the bathroom will be all wet when you bathe. WC in most rooms are not functioning smoothly. WiFi connectivity is poor. The auto curtain in my room spoilt the next day. The smart gadget in my room cannot function as network connectivity is problematic. The good thing is the auto water boiler and dispenser and coffee warmer in each room.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the place was clean. Parking was convenient, and the ancient city museum was right next door. The Northeastern dumplings at Tieguojia on the first floor were very authentic; both owners were from Heilongjiang. You could have beef noodles and dumplings for breakfast, so you didn't need to look for food outside. The beef noodles came in a huge bowl with lots of meat and noodles.
