„在哈密市第五中學考試，第一次住這家酒店，配置和之前住過的漢庭差不多，非常乾淨，廁所還做了乾濕分離。剛進店的時候前台姐姐問我是不是考研的，給我拿了小麪包和考具，第二天考完回來還給我送了一個果盤，房間採光也非常好！是我旅行出差住過的最有性價比的酒店了，可以和漢庭、全季、維也納這些對標了，最重要的是服務態度超級好，我沒穿外套出來拿外賣小姐姐還擔心我着涼，工作人員從前台到保安到保潔阿姨，都非常專業，真的非常喜歡！”

„這次哈密之行最幸運的決定，就是選擇了西遇酒店！從下車那一刻就感受到了滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐提前主動聯繫確認行程，房間比預期更驚喜，衞生做得超到位，，毛巾浴巾潔白無異味，連洗漱台都收拾得一塵不染，完全沒有後顧之憂。住得既舒心又方便。最打動我的是細節——我們坐火車是17:00的火車，老闆主動給我們一行五人預留了好幾個小時，讓我們在酒店休息。真的讓我們不遠千里從河南來到哈密，讓我們非常感動…酒店位置也超讚，離高鐵站不遠，步行就能到周邊的夜市和燒烤店，晚上吃完美味的羊肉串散步回來特別愜意。早餐更是誠意滿滿，不僅有現煮的清湯牛肉麪、純香牛奶，還有多種主食和小菜，營養又可口，完全能滿足早出發的旅途需求。全程服務都特別貼心，工作人員熱情又不刻意，會主動推薦本地性價比高的餐館，有任何需求都能及時響應，這種不打擾卻很周全的服務真的太加分了。性價比遠超預期，下次來哈密一定還住這裏！”

房間乾淨整潔，潔癖人士也能整晚安睡。雖然設施老舊，但是能感受到這家酒店在用心做服務，用心提升居住體驗。房間內基本全屋智能已經實現，非常便利。早餐非常豐盛，拉麪好吃，辣子有味兒。
入住之後，由於電視播放問題，聯繫前台。前台火速派6號樓9層一個妹子過來幫忙調試，後來又專門叫來工程人員解決問題，非常非常負責。特別要提的是妹子，知道我是杭州過去，考慮到天氣乾燥，專門幫我拿來一台加濕器，非常非常貼心。
非常不錯的居住體驗，下次再來哈密，還住這裏~”

„We stayed 1 night on our train journey through Xinjiang. Given the spread out layout of Hami, it was reasonably close to the train station. The staff was very welcoming and check-in (for foreigners) relatively straightforward. Our room was very spacious and the beds really comfortable. The bathroom was also impeccable.
