The hotel environment was nice. I booked a discounted twin room and was upgraded to a deluxe twin room for free. The shower water pressure was good and the temperature was just right. The hotel staff were professional and attentive, and there were many convenient restaurants nearby.

I came here on a friend's recommendation. The room was clean, spacious, and bright. The bathroom was also spacious, with hot water available at all times. The electric toilet was very comfortable. The computer was also high-end. The bed was just the right firmness. The surrounding facilities were also quite complete. It was a very good stay. I'm really happy to be able to stay in such a hotel at this price.

十年前到過一次合作，入住的不是這個酒店，這次帶父母一起，因為是暑假旺季，住宿價格貴，條件各方面也並不理想。我們那個房間2樓，噴頭熱水太小，洗腳都洗不了，廁所馬桶一坐就往下沉，真的害怕😢希望老闆可以找人修一下，房間也沒有提前準備洗漱用品，是我們自己去樓下找服務人員拿的，進房間，就有一個臟的抹布放在洗漱台裏面...旅遊旺季能理解，但是對甘南的住宿的確是有些失望。
