The hotel has complete facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms, making people feel at home. The room is in very good sanitary condition, clean and tidy, without any peculiar smell, making people feel comfortable and assured. The hotel's service attitude is very good. Miss Yang Lizhen at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and she also introduced us to the nearby delicious food and fun. The hotel's breakfast has rich choices, diverse varieties, and the taste is also very delicious, which makes people very satisfied. The hotel has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and pleasant surrounding environment, which is suitable for business trips and leisure vacations.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The location is great, right on the beach with a great view and close to IPK, the beach bar and walking distance from Dolphin bar. Would recommend any to stay here.

From my client: I stayed in the modern part of the hotel on the 13th floor. The view was stunning, the room was huge, and there were many amenities inside. The strangest thing was that the room lacked a refrigerator and kitchen utensils. In December (during my stay), the pool was completely closed, and there was no information about it. In fact, you find out about it not at the reception, but at the pool itself. As an experienced traveler who always moves around on my own, the hotel's location was quite advantageous. There are many small cafes nearby, a long beach, a beautiful wooden promenade, and several public transport stops, which are a 5-15 minute walk away. The hotel has private parking, which is convenient if you have rented a car. What can I say about breakfast? The reception and breakfast restaurant are located in the old part of the hotel. There is little lighting, the decor is old, and there is little aesthetic appeal. The cuisine is Chinese with elements of European food. Tourists who bought package tours and stayed in this part of the hotel had much worse rooms (the rooms were not renovated at all, the carpets were old, the wall paint was not great) than I did, who booked accommodation through this app. I would like to separately mention the work of the staff. The employees only speak Chinese, and they have no desire to assist you if you are a foreigner because they seem shocked and totally confused by you. Upon check-in, they did not provide any additional gifts that were provided by Trip.com when purchasing accommodation. As they say, the law there is one: if you need something, you have to insist on it using a Chinese translator and supporting documents. By the way, upon check-in, you have to leave a deposit, and most importantly, keep the deposit receipt so that you can get it back later.

Rooms are nice and clean, however for a tropical place they are missing the most important thing.. a fridge 😅 The balcony has a great bathtub, however beware if you have the corner room, your balcony neighbours might catch you nude in the tub eating a pineapple 😅😅 The Breakfast runs all the way till 13:30, big bonus this one. Go a bit later like 11:00, the food is much better but you can still get your coffee etc. and chill outside. The “gym” is not a gym, but there’s a great one just down the road for 20元 a day. It’s one of the older Hotels in Sanya but it’s well maintained, staff is friendly, some English spoken, you can rent an e-scooter directly too. For the price, could stay here again.

Easy check-in & check-out, friendly staff, clean room with complete facilities. The hotel located at the superb location, 5 min walk distance to JieFangLu and 2km to the popular First Market. We have a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Sanya Bay.

A hotel highly recommended for Sanya travel. First of all, the location is excellent. There are many attractions within five kilometers, and it is convenient to go anywhere. The room facilities are mostly automated by technology, and the design of many small details is really coming to my heart. It is worth mentioning that the hotel staff Ms. Ye Fan gave warm care when we left the store, patiently explained the surrounding attractions and travel suggestions, and also presented a souvenir. A very beautiful and loving lady, let us feel Sanya on the first day of the trip. The warmth of this city!

In Sanya, the price is very high, the room is large, clean and tidy, but a little damp, it is recommended to open more windows and open the door for ventilation. The front desk service is very good, the hotel is similar to the apartment form, a building is composed of multiple hotels, it is recommended.

I have been living in Harman Hotel for 22 days . The service is very good , convenient location . I just fell in love with the bakery there, bread is really fresh and delicious. I would like to say special thank you for Guest Service officer Mr Chen who can speak Russian for his attentive service , Office Manager gentleman who wear white uniform at the reception , unfortunately , I forgot his name for helping me to change my room , I appreciate. Further more thank you to Guest Service Manager who helped me to handle my dress issue in the shop, so kind of you. Ms 西西 who works at night and helped me to upgrade my room upon my arrival. Sisi at guest service for delicious night fruits and young lady trainee on the reception.

Stayed 3 nights here. Checking in was efficient and we also communicated with staff Wendy if we had any queries. She was fast and polite in responding to us. We booked a cozy king room. Some of our view was obstructed by some construction works going on next to our hotel so its recommended to upgrade to a better room if you want full sea view! Overall was a good and happy stay. Convenient to the night market and a mall but had to do some walking. Not very near to the beach, need some walking :) We also enjoyed the simple afternoon tea provided complimentary by the hotel.

This was the second time I stayed here. The room is a well furnished, spacious room with a large bathroom. The staff took a long time with check in, the first staff member didn’t seem to know what to do. They could not speak English. But the staff were generally friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool is in the grounds of the sister hotel across the road. Good location close to Dadonghai beach. Good value
