This stay was fantastic! The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The facilities were complete, and the hygiene was excellent. Overall, it's great value for money and very convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel offers an airport shuttle service at a modest fee. We were welcomed by a most charming lady chauffeur called Amber who speaks excellent English. The shuttle service includes pickup and dropoff at the airport. Great service ! There are plenty of restaurants in the hotel's neighbourhood. We also found a supermarket in the same street. Ten hotel jest w porządku, praktycznie taki sam jak inne w okolicy. Okolica jest przeciętna, co jest typowe dla większości hoteli. Zatrzymałem się na noc, żeby zdążyć na lot, a krótki pobyt obejmował transfer z lotniska. Chciałem trochę odpocząć, a ogólna obsługa była całkiem dobra. Oferują transfer z lotniska, a taksówki wydają się być opcją. W pobliżu są restauracje, ale nieliczne, więc wybór nie jest zbyt duży. Ale cena i tak jest warta swojej ceny… Więc jeśli lecisz samolotem, warto tu zostać, żeby uniknąć pośpiechu.

The room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service. I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi. On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time. I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting.

The hotel was good , clean. Staffs were friendly and good. 24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning. It was much more than my expectation for the price. The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city. I really enjoyed my stay.

Obsługa w hotelu Home Inn Yunshang Four Seasons Hotel przy lotnisku Tianfu International Airport Lujia Branch była naprawdę doskonała. Pokoje były czyste i wygodne, w pełni wyposażone w inteligentne sterowanie systemem audio i zaciemniające zasłony, co zapewniało prawdziwie przyjemny pobyt. Śniadanie było obfite, z xiaolongbao (małymi pierożkami), jajkami i mlekiem sojowym, które było zarówno pożywne, jak i pyszne. Całodobowy bezpłatny transfer lotniskowy był również niezwykle wygodny, szczególnie dla osób podróżujących wcześnie rano, oszczędzając im wielu kłopotów. Przyjazny i troskliwy personel sprawił, że cały pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Zdecydowanie zatrzymałbym się tu ponownie, gdybym miał okazję.

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.

The hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
