„Stayed 2 nights during our trip to Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou National Park in March 2026. The room is very clean and located along 边边街. You can see and hear the stream running right outside the room window which is so beautiful. This SFEEL hotel in Jiuzhaigou is much nicer compared to the SFEEL hotel we stayed in Chengdu Chunxi Road. However, the location is rather quiet at night compared to Pengfeng Village nearer to the park entrance with not much shops or restaurants. Maybe because it was low season in March.You can walk to Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance in about 20 to 30 min or take a taxi for about CNY15 to reach in just 5 min. The hotel is quite far from Moonbay parking lot. However, you can take the shuttle bus to Huanglong Jiuzhai high speed railway station from 国大停车场 instead located just 5 min walk from the hotel which u can buy tickets online or on the spot. There is a washer and dryer at the ground floor beside the hotel reception although we did not use it. Overall, we had a really comfortable stay at this hotel.”

If I could give an infinity rating, I absolutely would. It was a beautiful and very clean stay. The hotel is quite new, and the environment is extremely peaceful. The garden is also very beautiful and well maintained. The classic design made me feel like I had gone back in time. But what truly stood out was the owner and his family—they were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Even before I arrived, I asked many questions about Chengdu, and he was willing to call me in Malaysia just to explain everything. He also made sure I had a driver and affordable, safe transportation for my trips. He even personally offered to bring us to the national park, halal restaurants, the mosque, and shopping places in Nanping Town, all at a very reasonable price. I was traveling with a baby who is around the same age as Alan’s child. Alan’s parents and family treated my baby so kindly, and they even prepared baby food for my child. Since we are Muslim, they did their best to provide halal food for us. Alan was truly kind and always willing to help with anything. I am very grateful to the hotel owner.

I am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had. Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare. We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit. All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes. During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water. They also provided very good and complete amenities. On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable. They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures. They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time. The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese. They also gave us a late check out at 3pm Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou. The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all. I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

The accommodation is very cute. The owner is very hospitable, has a good personality, gives good advice and helps with everything very well. We don't have a return bus to the train high speed realway station. The owner made a reservation. In the morning, the owner also drives the car to the Jiuzhaigou. On the way back it was very easy with both bus and taxi. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. The room is clean and cute. There is also a ******* costume. The dress came out very cute. You can take pictures at the hotel's restaurant that go well with the outfit. The food is very delicious. Especially the yak hot pot and stir-fried vegetables and milk tea. If I travel there again, I will definitely stay here again. Very impressed. And I love cats

Spędziłem tu dwie noce zimą. Plusy: Lokalizacja jest znakomita. Słynny hotpot z jaka z pomidorami znajduje się tuż obok. W pobliżu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy. 15 minut spacerem do parku Jiuzhaigou. Obsługa była miła. Duża przestrzeń. Podobał mi się grzejnik przypominający kominek. Minusy: Podłoga w łazience była lodowata. Ciśnienie wody nie było tak silne. Trudno było kontrolować temperaturę. Jest tylko jedna pralka, która stała w rogu korytarza i nie miała oświetlenia. Brakowało odpowiedniej butelki na detergent. Ogólnie jest dobrze. Jak na tak dobrą lokalizację, jest to bardzo opłacalne.

Jiuzhaigou is a popular tourist destination, so hotels nearby are understandably expensive—especially during holidays. For that reason, I chose to stay a bit farther away, in a hostel instead of a hotel. This hostel recently reopened in 2025, which was one of the reasons I decided to give it a try. While the amenities are new, I noticed that cleanliness could use some improvement. There was visible dust in several corners and hard-to-reach areas, which gave the place a slightly unkempt feel. The bathroom, although newly fitted, also had minor drainage issues—the shower tended to clog a little, possibly due to accumulated hair. The hostel provides a laundry room, which I initially planned to use, but I didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the environment after entering, so I decided not to. They also offer a simple breakfast for an additional fee (around 15 CNY, if I remember correctly). It’s a nice option for travelers who want to grab a quick bite before heading out for hiking or sightseeing in Jiuzhaigou. I noticed that many reviews mentioned the owner as very welcoming and friendly. However, since I arrived late after visiting the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, I didn’t have much interaction with the owner myself. The next morning, I left early for my next destination in Huanglong, so my stay was quite brief. That said, I didn’t experience any discomfort or issues with the service—overall, everything felt perfectly fine. While I don’t expect hostel standards to match those of a hotel, I do believe that cleanliness is the foundation of a good stay. If this aspect improves, I think this place would definitely be worth booking.

Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Minusy: Dostępna tylko jedna pralka, brak suszarek. Męska toaleta na 1. piętrze była zawsze mokra od prysznica i miała delikatny zapach. Brakowało wieszaków na ręczniki i ubrania. Woda pod prysznicem była letnia, za ciepła jak na mój gust.

Booked this hotel upon arrival and fortunately there was a room available. The rooms have modern furnishings, with a smart TV, climate control, separate toilet, wash basin and shower cabinet. The King sized bed is super comfortable and ensures a good night's sleep. The only negative aspect is the lack of towels (disposable ones are offered). The hot water comes on quickly, a good thing given the icy conditions outside, Rooms are serviced and water is supplied and replenished each day. The hotel has an elevator and is located immediately behind Dico's restaurant. Just 200n from the Huanglong gaotie bus terminal and 1 km from the Jiuzhaigou Park entrance. They accept foreigners.

Już pierwsze wrażenie, jakie wywarł na mnie ten hotel, zrobiło na mnie ogromne wrażenie. Lokalizacja jest bardzo blisko wejścia do Jiuzhaigou, a w pobliżu znajduje się wiele restauracji i sklepów spożywczych, co jest absolutnie wygodne. Poza tym pokój, który na pierwszy rzut oka widziałem, był stosunkowo czysty. Jednak sytuacja zaczęła się pogarszać. W łazience, jeśli przyjrzeć się bliżej, brakowało ręczników do stóp i dłoni, co oznaczało, że po prysznicu podłoga zamoknie wszędzie. Udogodnienia były kiepskie, spłuczka i prysznic były luźne i wymagały naprawy. Co więcej, powiesili torbę z suszarką do włosów, nawet bez suszarki – po co? Pokój był w porządku, nie rewelacyjny, ale też nie tragiczny. Rano muszę wstawać tak wcześnie, bo samochody i autobusy trąbią na siebie nawzajem. Nie rozumiem, dlaczego tak wiele osób tu tak robi. Dla mnie to niegrzeczne i krzywdzące dla innych, gdy śpią. Internet jest tu niesamowity pierwszej nocy, bardzo szybki i skuteczny, ale drugiego dnia kompletnie się zepsuł. Overalls to niedrogi hotel otoczony licznymi sklepami i restauracjami, położony blisko dzielnicy Jiuzhaigou, ale jednocześnie uciążliwy dla osób z hałasem. Wnętrza nie były tak dobre, jak na zdjęciach. Poszukam innego hotelu.
