"I am surprised that this hotel a 5-Diamond rating. The hotel entrance and overall condition do not reflect the standards. The fact that earplugs are provided in every room says a lot about the noise issues guests can expect. During check-in, I was also informed that there was no cold air-conditioning and was told to simply open the window if the room became hot. This was shocking, especially during summer. Service standards need improvement as well. I witnessed guests smoking while walking along the corridor, and staff appeared to ignore the situation. Review the CCTV. With so many other hotels located within a five-minute walk."

"Absolutely fantastic! I'd heard great things about their service before booking, but it far exceeded my expectations. They offer free laundry service, and the water heater uses an inverted mineral water bottle (which feels much cleaner than a traditional electric kettle, by the way). Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided in individual bottles. They offer pick-up upon arrival, and when someone in our group wasn't feeling well, the owner proactively offered to take us to the hospital. Since we were two adults and one child, the owner even gave us an extra breakfast. Plus, the owner planned our Jiuzhaigou itinerary based on our travel needs, and it was perfect – we even managed to visit Shuzheng Lakes at a less crowded time, which was amazing! 👍👍👍 The restaurant they recommended was also very clean."

"The hotel is pleasant over all.Upgraded to a newly renovated room with 1 of them with mountain view.However some improvements to be considered are either allowing the food delivery to be send to the lobby of different buildings , rather than just the main lobby for pick up or invest in 1 of those delivery robots in the hotel as is really common In China now, also surprise to see older version of hair dryers too. ROOMS are comfortable and spacious, beautiful too .We booked 2 rooms .I must comment the bed is Soo good 👍 comfy n they provide u 2 pillows of your choice- firm n soft .Breakfast is ok and good that they do have live station for noodles . Another thing is the hotel do hv spa ,n the rooms in the spa is Hot 🔥 No aircon !!! when they mentioned they had turned it on, thus if you need a massage , is better to have them in your room ."

"We booked the Yunfan Tingxue Hotel. The hotel has dedicated parking spaces, and it's free. The front desk staff was very kind and efficient with check-in. Our room was on the third floor, very quiet. Although the room wasn't huge, it had all the necessary amenities, including underfloor heating and air conditioning, which was great. We also got a discount at the BBQ restaurant downstairs. There's a foot massage place on the second floor that offers discounts if you mention your room number, but we opted for a nearby hot pot place, which was also excellent. The breakfast, though simple, was delicious, especially the highland barley cakes – they were so good we even took two with us to eat at the scenic spot! The hotel staff were also very thoughtful, giving us useful tips for the attractions."

"Excellent service at Hilton Resorts (Jiu Zhai Gou). Before we arrived, we were actually stucked due to a previous didi vehicle with flat tyre midway, which caused much anxiety whether we could view the nice view at the hotel. Unfortunately we missed the view at the hotel as it got dark. When we arrived, the place really nice and clean. We were greeted by staff Anna at the frontdesk who very clearly explained to us on the check in details, and when the sun would rise the next day. As we were going to Jiuzhaigou, she also very nicely helped us to arrange a driver for the next day, and explained that the luggage will be carried by the same driver. On the buffet, we also received 2 for 2 discount for the next breakfast given we had some uncertainty on whether all of us will be having breakfast. For dinner, she also recommended the hotel restaurant and what to order, giving us a member discount as well. Along the way, she very helpfully gave us updates and check in on us. We are very grateful to have Anna to support us in our stay, which made it bery pleasant! ☺️ The room also has really nice view and is clean, so highly recommend to pick one that has the pond view. Breakfast also has a good spread!"

Byliśmy naprawdę wściekli, ponieważ oba udogodnienia reklamowane w internecie były dla nas niedostępne, więc nie było powodu, aby ustalać taką cenę, ponieważ hotel nie znajduje się nawet blisko centrum, gdzie znajdują się restauracje i wejście do parku. "Absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, right at the entrance of the scenic area yet incredibly quiet. Downstairs, you'll find everything you need: restaurants, fast food, convenience stores, cafes, and bubble tea shops. What really stood out was how clean and well-designed the room was; all the furnishings were carefully chosen. Plus, there are free snacks, coffee, and tea in the lobby. The service was also exceptional. This is definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Jiuzhai!"

"Strictly speaking, Yunman Banshan was the first guesthouse I stayed at. When booking, I looked at many hotels and then impulsively thought, "Why not try a guesthouse?" Beforehand, I was prepared for a potential disappointment, given it had just opened and I'm particularly picky about sleeping environments and bathroom comfort. Surprisingly, this impulsive decision led to a wonderfully pleasant stay. First, the major drawback: the hotel is indeed located on a hillside. Those who dislike climbing hills or are pressed for time and don't want to wait for the hotel's shuttle service might find it unacceptable. The hotel does offer a station shuttle service, and the manager is very welcoming and will proactively offer to take guests to their destinations. Personally, I consider the hill climb a good pre- or post-meal exercise. Second, while not entirely a drawback, the soundproofing of the rooms and windows was acceptable, not bad, but I'm quite sensitive to sound, so there's room for improvement. The village is very quiet at night, so even a small noise nearby is very noticeable. I had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who already has plans to improve the soundproofing of the room doors, so this is likely a problem that can be solved in the future. As for the advantages, the hotel is located right next to the Moon Bay parking lot, with shuttle bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get in and out of Jiuzhaigou. The hotel's hardware facilities and interior design are on par with star-rated hotels; the overall design and materials show careful consideration. The room has smart home control, the bedding is very comfortable, and they offer both down and latex pillows. The shower is excellent, with suitable water pressure and temperature; I didn't experience any sudden changes in water temperature. I especially want to commend the bathrobes; their comfort level is comparable to five-star hotels I've stayed in before. The breakfast is very pleasant, and you can ask the kitchen for more if needed. After exploring in the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire and chat outside, which is very relaxing. The manager and the receptionist are both very warm and friendly, and the owner is a down-to-earth and dedicated person. If I have the opportunity to come back, I would definitely consider Yunman Banshan again, and I hope they continue to thrive."
