Negative : The night shift receptionist is very unfriendly and speak in an aggressive tone. Look like he is not happy with his job. „酒店門口有一排停車位，後面小區裏面也有一個很大的停車場，停車完全無壓力。大堂很氣派，一進來就能感覺到當年是個四星或者五星的酒店。現在看來室內設施稍顯陳舊，不過也還是很好用。我這人對氣味比較敏感，連換了兩間房才讓我滿意，前台小美女態度始終的非常好。入住期間酒店管理也沒啥問題每次打掃都讓多給兩瓶礦泉水，工作人員也都非常痛快，不摳就讓人很有好感。連住了三天，期間多次和前台小美女溝通，都讓人感覺舒服，這個大大的好評。退房時候我丟棄兩件衣服在客房垃圾桶，傍晚的時候前台還給我打電話問我是不是遺漏兩件衣服在客房，讓人感動和舒心。整個酒店在服務方面做的很優秀，希望能保持下去，下次來普寧還會選擇這裏。”
