The hotel also thoughtfully provided a gym and laundry room, which saved me a lot of hassle during my trip. All the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. There's also a fantastic selection for food delivery. The media room's projection is super convenient, making it incredibly comfortable to enjoy a movie with a late-night snack. The staff are amazing, always responding to any requests immediately. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Puning!"

"Fantastically big and luxurious room Awesome desk Amazingly large and nice shower, and water worked decently, good showerhead Service of room was friendly, flexible, helpful Unbeatable location 🙌 Bad points: - Aircon couldn't get the room colder than 23C. For many people that might be enough. But I need at least below 21C, ideally. - a microwave somewhere in the building (ideally in the room) would be nice - and a mini fridge in the room - personally I'm also a fan of automatic curtains. Call me lazy :)"
