非常不錯的民宿。房間寬敞，乾淨，亮堂，設施新。 地點好找距離喬家墩子牌坊100米，距離第三浴場步行10分鐘，帶着孩子去海邊十分方便，周圍吃的也很多。晚上很安靜。 老闆人太好了，非常友善。 推薦大家住這裏。比海邊的民宿強太多了。

A newly constructed building. Very good quality homestay and seems very similar to a regular hotel. The owners are friendly and helpful. Central cooling, Beds are very comfortable and soft, Room as very spacious and included toileteries and housekeeping once every two days. Strongly recommend this. Its a straight line road of 1.2 kilometerd from Tgird beach. Alot of food options around the hotel with 24 hours open stores.

This homestay is really great! As soon as I entered the door, I was surrounded by a warm atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and comfortable, making people sleep well all night. The landlord was very warm and friendly, making us feel the warmth of home. The location of the homestay is also very convenient, the transportation is convenient nearby, and many interesting attractions and restaurants can be reached on foot. The surrounding environment is quiet, you can have a good rest at night, and you can easily play during the day. 衞生狀況還不錯，房間很大，生活設施齊全，可以自己開火做飯。窗外是火車，有一個卧室可以看到海龍灣，衞生間乾濕沒有分離。服務基本等於零，我們找到登記處的時候，因為拿不準是不是這裏，剛試探着進門，裏面一位男士一邊往外走一邊很拽的語氣説我們這是海景房，難道我們很像住不起海景公寓的樣子嗎，真是生一肚子氣，我們衹好退出來，繼續詢問他們前台在哪裡，好在裏面兩個大姐還很和氣，熱情接待了我們。再説説入住，入住時我們兩個大人一個孩子帶了兩個行李箱，兩個大包，從接待的地方出來到公寓樓要拐過去走好遠，包括上下台階，接待的那位男士自始至終沒有任何給搭把手的意思，就這麼看着，頂多看我們大包小包跟不上他的步伐，站下來等我們跟上，省的我們跟丟了。服務評價給的兩分是給那兩位大姐的。

The shop owner is very friendly and speaks excellent English. The room's hygiene is commendable. And the shop provides us with a lot of conveniences. The surrounding environment is elegant and it's close to the sea. All recommendations it was pleasant stay!!!

我們提前跟老闆聯絡過晚上到，老闆給了民宿的定位。晚上到的民宿，因為我們搜錯民宿地址，老闆到公交站直接接我們了。所以不要憑印象搜地址，一定要從老闆分享的地址進入地圖導航。 來的時候火車站看到夕陽很漂亮，但晚上開始多雲，諮詢了老闆日照的天氣，果然第二天是沒有日出可以看。老闆還告訴我們往萬平口和海龍灣要怎麼走。 我們的房間在32樓的高層，左邊是萬平口，右邊是海龍灣，在沙發上可以直接看日出。懷着萬一呢的心態我們早早就醒了，坐在面海的小露台沙發上觀察日出的天氣，打算一看到雲層散開就下去燈塔去沙灘看日出。可惜雲層一直很厚，雖然是不成功的日出，但是也算是看了海上日出。謝謝老闆安排了高層的房間。 房間裏有電蒸鍋，非常適合做飯小白。日照的海鮮清蒸就已經很好吃了。菜刀，碗，碟，筷子都齊備，滿足自己下廚做海鮮的需要。 洗衣機有洗幹一體的功能，洗衣機乾衣功能特別好，5個小時已經乾爽可以重新穿上。 地理位置也很方便，很多路線的公交可以到民宿。附近早上6點多就有賣趕海用品的超市開門了。換上洞洞鞋一路逛萬平口的海水浴場，隔天浪高的時候觀浪也不會弄濕運動鞋。 日照爍海海景民宿適合自己想煮海鮮，自己可以調整分量，海鮮做法，連廚房小白也可以安全操作。民宿位置好，公共交通便利，附近有超市餐廳早晚營業。適合長途旅行需要換洗的客人。老闆也很及時熱情地提供了幫助。我們對民宿很滿意。

Overall satisfying stay at the hotel. Only a couple of small issues - the basin wasn't draining properly, the cover stops water flow completely, has to be totally opened up to drain the water; toilet roll wasn't provided, only facial tissues; the sound insulation between rooms were bad, can often hear guests next door while they are on their phones. Otherwise, it is a decent hotel.
