Only a couple of small issues - the basin wasn't draining properly, the cover stops water flow completely, has to be totally opened up to drain the water; toilet roll wasn't provided, only facial tissues; the sound insulation between rooms were bad, can often hear guests next door while they are on their phones.
Otherwise, it is a decent hotel.”

This is Rizhao, a quiet seaside town. The homestay is located in the Lighthouse Scenic Area, next to the World Sailing Base, and adjacent to the Wanpingkou Scenic Area. The transportation is convenient. The rooms can watch the sea and the sunrise. Welcome friends from all over the world!
„我們提前跟老闆聯絡過晚上到，老闆給了民宿的定位。晚上到的民宿，因為我們搜錯民宿地址，老闆到公交站直接接我們了。所以不要憑印象搜地址，一定要從老闆分享的地址進入地圖導航。
來的時候火車站看到夕陽很漂亮，但晚上開始多雲，諮詢了老闆日照的天氣，果然第二天是沒有日出可以看。老闆還告訴我們往萬平口和海龍灣要怎麼走。
我們的房間在32樓的高層，左邊是萬平口，右邊是海龍灣，在沙發上可以直接看日出。懷着萬一呢的心態我們早早就醒了，坐在面海的小露台沙發上觀察日出的天氣，打算一看到雲層散開就下去燈塔去沙灘看日出。可惜雲層一直很厚，雖然是不成功的日出，但是也算是看了海上日出。謝謝老闆安排了高層的房間。
房間裏有電蒸鍋，非常適合做飯小白。日照的海鮮清蒸就已經很好吃了。菜刀，碗，碟，筷子都齊備，滿足自己下廚做海鮮的需要。
洗衣機有洗幹一體的功能，洗衣機乾衣功能特別好，5個小時已經乾爽可以重新穿上。
地理位置也很方便，很多路線的公交可以到民宿。附近早上6點多就有賣趕海用品的超市開門了。換上洞洞鞋一路逛萬平口的海水浴場，隔天浪高的時候觀浪也不會弄濕運動鞋。
日照爍海海景民宿適合自己想煮海鮮，自己可以調整分量，海鮮做法，連廚房小白也可以安全操作。民宿位置好，公共交通便利，附近有超市餐廳早晚營業。適合長途旅行需要換洗的客人。老闆也很及時熱情地提供了幫助。我們對民宿很滿意。”

„We got the room on the 31st floor. The view was very beautiful, it was fun to wake up like this in the morning. The apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator and it was very convenient for us to cook and enjoy the food. In front of the building is the large mall, which is very convenient for those who like to shop. The apartment is in a central location with bus stops and interesting things around.”

„來日照的這一天陰沉沉的，海風吹來陰濕極了，後面還開始下了小雨，民宿在世帆賽基地附近，離萬平口景區和燈塔景區都不遠，晃蕩一會就回民宿吹空調了。這家民宿什麼都好，佈置精美，極其衞生，就是不太適應北方的熱水器問題（去的幾個城市都差不多），基本上每次一個人洗完澡以後就要等一會再去洗，不然第二個人洗一會水就冷了，民宿的廁所很大，天也冷了，如果因為熱水洗完了澡還沒洗好就會容易生病哦~民宿出門往黃海一路走大概20分鐘（值得走一下，可以俯瞰東港站）有個石臼所海鮮農貿市場，裏面的海鮮數量多種類豐富，價格和上海比真的是實惠的不得了，民宿支持開火蒸煮，我們吃到了非常鮮美的海鮮。雖然衹在日照停留三天，但是我們一家住的非常開心🥰退房是幾乎卡點退的，也沒有遇到被趕的情況，民宿老闆非常尊重客人~”

VVictor A newly constructed building. Very good quality homestay and seems very similar to a regular hotel. The owners are friendly and helpful. Central cooling, Beds are very comfortable and soft, Room as very spacious and included toileteries and housekeeping once every two days. Strongly recommend this. Its a straight line road of 1.2 kilometerd from Tgird beach. Alot of food options around the hotel with 24 hours open stores.

The room is small, but there are things. Auntie cleaned up very clean. There is also an electric car rental next to it, which is very convenient.
The landlord's aunt spoke very softly, like a kindergarten teacher. A box of green tea was also given when I checked in. Very happy. I washed my clothes and took them down, and then went out to play. Auntie is afraid of the wind blowing off the clothes. I deliberately used a clip to fix the clothes rack. This small intimate is moving. It is very convenient to borrow the small electric power of the aunt's house to go around.
This trip is over, next time if I come to Rizhao again, I will choose your home. I wish you a prosperous business.

AAnonimowy użytkownik衞生狀況還不錯，房間很大，生活設施齊全，可以自己開火做飯。窗外是火車，有一個卧室可以看到海龍灣，衞生間乾濕沒有分離。服務基本等於零，我們找到登記處的時候，因為拿不準是不是這裏，剛試探着進門，裏面一位男士一邊往外走一邊很拽的語氣説我們這是海景房，難道我們很像住不起海景公寓的樣子嗎，真是生一肚子氣，我們衹好退出來，繼續詢問他們前台在哪裡，好在裏面兩個大姐還很和氣，熱情接待了我們。再説説入住，入住時我們兩個大人一個孩子帶了兩個行李箱，兩個大包，從接待的地方出來到公寓樓要拐過去走好遠，包括上下台階，接待的那位男士自始至終沒有任何給搭把手的意思，就這麼看着，頂多看我們大包小包跟不上他的步伐，站下來等我們跟上，省的我們跟丟了。服務評價給的兩分是給那兩位大姐的。
