"Sheraton Rizzao był łatwo najlepszym hotelem, w którym zakwaterowaliśmy w Rizzao. Jest to bardzo luksusowy hotel z doskonałą obsługą, pięknym basenem, kilka restauracji i świetną lokalizacjąonly about a 10-minute walk from Wanpingkou Beach. Nasz pokój był dokładnie sprzątany codziennie, a napoje, szlafroki i ręczniki były zawsze napełniane. Byłem chory podczas naszego pobytu i używałem wielu tkanek, a pracownicy faktycznie zauważyli i zaczęli zostawiać dodatkowe tkanki w naszym pokoju codziennie bez nas nawet o to pytać. Ten poziom uwagi na szczegóły był doskonały. Byliśmy również bardzo szczęśliwi, że mamy taki piękny basen, ponieważ podczas naszego pobytu był tyfon i nie mogliśmy pływać w morzu. Sam pokój był luksusowy, wygodny i pięknie utrzymany. Moja jedyna prawdziwa skarga była, że zapłaciliśmy 1 050 za noc, ponieważ zarezerwowaliśmy wcześniej, ale po sprawdzeniu, dokładnie ten sam pokój spadł do 850 za noc. Jedną z propozycji byłoby mieć oddzielne godziny basenu dla dorosłych i dzieci.Podczas naszego pobytu dzieci skoczyły, skoczyły i wzięły dużą część basenu, co utrudniało dorosłym korzystanie z niego. "One-star warning! Avoid this place! My overall experience at Rizhao Yanda Resort Hotel was terrible, and I absolutely do not recommend it for families with children. The service was completely inadequate; staff were constantly unresponsive and dismissive when asked questions, showing almost zero professionalism. The hotel's internal management was chaotic, and public areas were disorganized. Housekeeping was perfunctory, with dust and stains visible everywhere in the rooms and play areas. This is the first hotel I've stayed in where they use pull-out toilet paper – how much money could that possibly save? Despite being advertised as a family-friendly resort, the entertainment areas were tiny, and there were very few activities for children. There was basically nowhere for kids to have fun, making it extremely poor value for money. I will not be returning and advise everyone else to avoid this pitfall."

The receptionist, Ms. Qizhen, was quick to process my check-in. The hotel also provides free laundry facilities and luggage storage. The staff were very helpful when they saw me carrying luggage. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out – so thoughtful!"

"I went to Arashiyama beach with friends and found a newly opened hotel. It's considered pretty good accommodation in Arashiyama; it's only about a 10-minute taxi ride from the beach. It's quite large, located near a tea plantation, and has its own coffee shop and book bar, which I liked. There's also a pool table, karaoke, and a gym – very well-equipped, perfect for groups. The only downside is that getting to the rooms is uphill, which was a bit of a leg workout, haha. The staff were very helpful. I recommend it in Arashiyama!"
