„Ibis Norte to nowy, bardzo czysty hotel. Bar i restauracja mają przyjemny, retro wystrój. Pokoje są ciemne i minimalistyczne – miło do nich wrócić po dniu pełnym wrażeń i zwiedzania miasta. Siłownia również była bardzo przyjemna, a na dachu znajduje się piękny taras. Jedyne, czego bym sobie życzył, to mały ekspres do kawy lub wrzątku w pokoju. Hotel znajduje się zaledwie 10 minut spacerem od stacji metra Las Tablas, co jest bardzo wygodne.”

„The guy from the front desk actually looked through the closed glass doors and came out to help me carry my suitcase up the 5 (or so) steps up to the lobby for check in. Nice first impression. Room is tiny for the price, but the floor feels clean, bedding looks clean, toilet and basin all look clean too. Toilet paper is thick and soft enough, and the long pillow is super comfy (soft touches are always appreciated). Flushing is strong enough and no problem with water flooding the bathroom cubicle. No space next to basin to put toiletries bag. Couldn't charge my Samsung phone using the original Samsung adaptor and international adaptor -- voltage too low?? As an Asian, water kettle in room would have been appreciated but not available.”

„Terrible service. I stayed only because I missed a connecting flight. I booked a 6-hour stay, arriving at the hotel at 1:30 AM. When I asked the only receptionist there that day, he quoted me the highest price, so I opted to book through TripAdvisor right then and there, as it was more convenient. That's when his service changed completely. I booked a 6-hour stay, so I should have checked out at 7:40 AM. However, he told me I had to leave at 6:00 AM because that's what the system showed. Another guest arrived right then, and he offered to extend his stay by 30 minutes without the guest even asking. However, he told me I had to leave at 6:00 AM. I booked 6 hours and he gave me 3 hours and 20 minutes. And every so often he made comments alluding to how I had booked through the app, saying it was the cheapest option, that I would get a room in a higher section, and that I shouldn't complain later. I told him I would write through the same app. I used the ”extend stay” option to ensure they honored what I had booked. When I told him I had done so, he said, ”Yes, I know, I'll get the message myself; I just received it, but you have to check out at 6:00 AM.” At 8:20 AM, I received his confirmation that he had accepted, presumably to avoid any problems. Although, obviously, I had already left at 6:00 AM. The hotel's occupancy rate was only 30%, so it was all purely due to the receptionist's whim.”

„Lokalizacja nie jest najlepsza, trochę daleko od centrum miasta i atrakcji. Jednak, jak na nowy hotel, wnętrze jest bardzo czyste, pokoje wygodne i przestronne, a łazienka ma wieszak (jedyna rzecz, na jaką natrafiłem podczas tej podróży po Europie 😅). Hotel znajduje się w pobliżu dzielnicy handlowej i jest dość cichy. Wejście do hotelu znajduje się obok śmietnika. Nie ma jednak przechowalni bagażu; dwa bagaże plus plecak kosztują 5 euro.”

„Zarezerwowałam łóżko piętrowe w pokoju 4-osobowym dla dziewcząt i prywatną łazienkę. Łazienka jest dobra z ciepłymi prysznicami. Dobre łóżko ogólnie z gniazdkiem elektrycznym przy łóżku. Łóżko piętrowe ma zasłonę zapewniającą prywatność, co jest miłe, ale byłoby lepiej, gdyby była pełnej długości (tylko do kolan). Brak szafek i ręczników (są wynajmowane za 3 €) Oferują śniadanie za 6 € (nie zamówiłam, ale jest w formie bufetu i wygląda całkiem nieźle jak na tę cenę). Zatrzymaliśmy się tylko na noc, więc nie mogłam zobaczyć wiele, ale z tego, co zobaczyłam, oferują pewne udogodnienia i wyglądają całkiem nieźle. Również w pobliżu stacji i Plaza Mayor jest zaledwie 4 minuty spacerem”
