Clean, private and adequate stay. Facilities provided were good. Kitchen with water dispenser, fridge, toaster, stove was good for self cooking was a add-on. Limited breakfast options but unlimited coffee, tea an water. Owner - Alvin was polite and kind and helped with required information.

Атмосферное, чистое, довольно стильное место прямо у набережной. Отзывчивые, улыбчивые, общительные сотрудники. Номер аккуратный, простой, лаконичный, вода холодная. Москитной сетки не было. Есть завтрак (может отличаться в зависимости класса проживания, хостел или отдельная комната), также есть возможность купить экскурсии к варанам (цена везде в городе в среднем одиноковая), а еще дают книгу с описаниями лучших мест на острове и рекомендациями, как доехать. Ближайший магазин в 6 мин, если подняться от набережной к ”верхней” дороге. Постояльцы часто зависают в ресторане при отеле, меню довольно обширное, в отдельные дни жарят свою фирменную рыбу на углях.

Nice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

Hugely spacious rooms that were very comfortably appointed. Access is via a steep staircase (and another to the restaurant) and rooms face a busy street, but we didn’t find the noise too bad. The breakfast included is okay.

Very nice, at first because I couldn’t book a high-end hotel, I chose this homestay. At first, I was worried about being in a foreign country. It was not safe. I went all the way and asked the driver if it was safe. I arrived at the place later and found that it was a family-style homestay opened by a local. They also live in a homestay. The sanitation is very clean, the bed and bedding are very comfortable, the room has a terrace environment is also good, it is the most comfortable and comfortable time to live in this Indonesian trip, greatly exceeded expectations, the owner of the hotel is also very good, he opened a supermarket in the homestay, the things in the supermarket are also good and cheap, I took a photo when I left, and I hope to see you again next time I go to Komodo. (+) good for the sunset, you can see beautiful sky in your room. free water and coffee, kind staff and cheap laundry (-) curtain is not cover your room perfectly. and uphill

The sheets were clean but had small holes and definitely needed an upgrade. The bathroom was really dated and although it smelled clean it looked dirty. The shower had really low pressure. The ac unit was really loud. And if you’re a light sleeper be warned that chickens will wake you up at dawn. The staff were friendly and they offered breakfast brought to your room, but I had to leave early so I did not get to eat here. It was fine for one night, but some improvements are needed.

The property is beautifully decorated and the private balcony offers a fantastic view and spot to watch sunset. As the name hints the property is located on a hillside which means there are a lot of steps. However it’s worth it for the view! It also means that amenities like water are hard to deliver, and we had to wait for more water to be pumped up- not an issue just something to note. Overall the property has a lovely rustic charm, but I would advise brining water or wine/drinks to enjoy on the balcony (there is a fridge) as the restaurant doesn’t have anything other than beer and it’s a bit of a distance to the shop. The staff were really kind & helpful with all of my questions. I would stay again 😀

Hotel cerca del aeropuerto con un personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación está en una colina y las vistas son fenomenales. Lo único que la cuesta es bastante empinada para llegar a ella. El Wifi es bastante débil. La habitación estaba renovada recientemente
