Facing the eastern side of the lake there is a large flat square, with great views of the countryside and the mountains, A covered garage for 3 cars, a table tennis table shaded by a 60 sq.m pergola with wisteria where you can sit and dine comfortably even in the warm midsummer climate. The southern side has a paved 80 sq.m terrace with a table, sun loungers and an almond tree that gives shade, where there is a sun kissed dining area, sheltered in the autumn and springtime. In the garden there are a few terraces with chairs and sun loungers. In the old stables and storeroom on the lower floors there is the separate lodging for the housekeepers with a private entrance and garden at the rear of the house.
