„Niewiele rzeczy podoba mi się w tym hotelu: 1. Dużo zapłaconych parkingów przed hotelem. Będziesz musiał pobrać aplikację, aby zapłacić za parking. 2. Przejdź do Jonker Street & restauracje. Nigdy nie będziesz musiał podkreślić, że rezerwacja Grab dotrzeć do Jonker Street & utknąć w ruchu. 3. Śniadanie za darmo. Nieco chaotycznie, ponieważ w jadalni jest ograniczone stoły i krzesła (obok recepcji), ale oferowane śniadanie są przyzwoite. Chciałbym zaproponować, aby goście przynieśli śniadanie i jeść w hotelu.”

„i asked for an additional pillow and the reception guy told me that i have to pay for it. i asked him how much, he seems unsure and he just told me that its around rm10 which i think it's unreasonable and i didnt take it. the next morning, i asked another guy for the price of the pillow and he told me it's rm3! suggest hotel administrator to educate the staff with correct info. to avoid customer disappointment. thank you.”

„I stayed at Asiatic Hotel Melaka and booked the Family Suite with jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a living area, balcony, and in-room spa bath. While it’s not a true duplex layout, the suite still felt roomy and comfortable for families or groups. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Amenities such as WiFi, smart TV, minibar, and toiletries were all provided, making the stay convenient. Parking is available in front of the hotel, free but limited on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you arrive during peak hours, you might need to circle around to find a spot. Location is excellent – close to major attractions like Jonker Street, A Famosa, and shopping malls (Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade). There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, so dining is not an issue even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. One small downside is the soundproofing; you can sometimes hear noise from the hallway. The lift is also on the smaller side, so it can get busy during peak times. Overall, Asiatic Hotel Melaka is a great choice if you want a spacious suite with jacuzzi, free parking, and a central location. It’s comfortable and good value, especially for families or friends traveling together.”

„The room is clean, beds are comfortable, shampoo & soap are provided (have to bring your own dental & hair grooming products), the service is warm, friendly & helpful, and checking in & out was very quick. Also, there’s a water dispenser so you can top up water bottles and complimentary luggage storage service is provided to do more sightseeing after check out or waiting to check in. The only downside is that there’s no lift so unless you are staying in the family suites on the ground level, have to lug all your stuff up the staircase to the 2nd floor.”

„I am Totally Impressed with the Cleaniness and The Spaciousness this Family Room Provides. The Toilet is Huge and Big and very Colourful The space it had is so Amazing for a family of 6. Me and Wife love the bed they provide even better than some of the Hotel around and the pillow have Different hardness and Softness. Air con was new and very cold yet still providing us 2 fan to better equip the room with more wind in the day time Location need to Specifically mention as it was really just 650m walk away as most of the locals is parking at Lot 78 area so I could visit the Jonker street night market easily Will definitely only want to book and stay at Lot 78 when I visit Malacca with my Kids and family again and will even want to explore booking the 2nd floor that 2 more special Room : )”
