Pros: The location is very convenient for booked tours, just next to the seafood market. The room is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: The window is facing the corridor, and we have to always close it for privacy. The room (family room) is very small for 3 people (hard to believe to have such a small room in Malaysia). The fan at the corridor is very noisy. The area around is messy, and can be noisy on Saturday and Sundar morning (market).

Po przeczytaniu recenzji na Ctrip, poczułem się nieco rozczarowany miejscem, w którym mile widziane są psy i koty. Po zameldowaniu uznałem jednak, że to rzeczywiście dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Pokój był czysty. Wejście wymagało użycia karty magnetycznej, co było bardzo bezpieczne. Recepcjonistki i personel były wyłącznie kobietami, co bardzo mnie uspokoiło. Obok znajduje się herbaciarnia, a nieco dalej supermarket. Obiekt jest oddalony o 5 minut spacerem od DOZO i 10 minut od molo, co zapewnia wygodę. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój trzyosobowy dla dwóch osób. Pokój był w pełni wyposażony w klimatyzację, wentylator, ciepłą wodę i prywatną łazienkę. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło szybko, co było bardzo bezstresowe. Jeśli nie masz wysokich standardów zakwaterowania, to miejsce jest idealne.

Semporna is an interesting place to visit, with several islands surrounded by coral reefs for snorkeling and diving, more beautiful than many other snorkeling spots worldwide. Staying at this hostel instead of moving to an island resort is a good way to budget. And not only that, the fish market in Semporna is the most incredible one I have seen, seafood like lobsters, large shrimps, crabs so fresh, not even the one at Kota Kinabalu can be compared good as it was too. The DZ hostel lady staff was very helpful and can arrange for island trips at a reasonable price. The dorms are separated into boys and girls, something I truly appreciate. The bathrooms faced the afternoon sun, so they were dried easily and kept clean. Laundry by machine was offered free, a super plus for swimmers. The hostel also offered local Malay snack food for breakfast, and coffee or tea were always available. To be honest, it's a good budget place to stay while splurging on the island tours. It's a bit sad that no cooking is allowed here, even though there was a kitchen. Sad because the seafood mentioned above was so available. The facade of the building is nothing to boast about, and like many places, the external (streets, pavement, eyc) can be a mess. That should not deter visiting this part of the world mainly because the sea in this area is astoundingly replenished with marine life.

Nie polecam wybierać tego hotelu, lokalizacja jest zbyt odległa. Znajduje się około 800 metrów od tętniącej życiem części miasta i daleko od sklepów ogólnospożywczych, pralni i restauracji, co jest bardzo niewygodne. Większość sklepów nurkowych znajduje się na molo, około 1,2 km od obiektu. Nie jest to zbyt daleko na spacer, ale na drodze nie ma chodników i jest dużo samochodów, więc trzeba chodzić po błocie obok drogi, przez co jest bardzo brudna. Na drodze jest też mnóstwo komarów. Sklep codziennie dostarcza samochód na molo, ale czas i miejsce są stałe. Wybrany przeze mnie sklep nurkowy nie znajduje się na molo, więc z niego nie skorzystałem. Widziałem już kilka innych hoteli z podobnymi cenami, niektóre z nich są wygodniej zlokalizowane i mają toalety w pokojach. Łazienka i toaleta są wspólne i nie jest wygodnie chodzić do toalety w nocy. Toaleta jest dość brudna. Brud na desce sedesowej jest tak poważny, że nie można go wytrzeć ręcznikami papierowymi. Jednocześnie podczas wizyty w toalecie jest wiele komarów. Ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem jest również bardzo niskie i nie ma zimnej wody, jeśli w pobliżu są inne osoby biorące prysznic. W pokoju jest tylko jedno łóżko i nie ma innych udogodnień. Sytuacja higieniczna jest w porządku, a łóżko jest stosunkowo czyste. Jest mały balkon, ale drzwi balkonowe są zepsute i nie można ich otworzyć. Jedyne o czym warto wspomnieć to to, że łóżko jest bardzo wygodne, sprawia wrażenie materaca lateksowego. Ponadto mój pokój był blisko zewnątrz, a okno wychodziło na ulicę. Osoby przechodzące obok autobusu mogą widzieć bezpośrednio wnętrze, a hałas jest bardzo głośny. Każdej nocy noszę słuchawki wyciszające, aby zasnąć.

Sipadan Inn 3 is an ideal hotel for travellers on transit to the sea villas vice versa.Strategic location,few minutes walk to seafood restaurants and convenience stores.Also nearby to most jetties where you can take a boat to the islands. Room is clean n has a small balcony facing the jetty.

I stayed at the hotel for four days and felt very good. The hotel owner was very friendly and thoughtful. The relevant facilities and equipment are very complete, and the hot water is abundant. I recommend choosing this one, thank you

Considering Semporna, this place offers decent value for the price. However, the water pressure is quite low, and it's either scalding hot or freezing cold. Even though the staff don't speak much English, they are incredibly friendly. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

The place is near to the fish market and nearby eateries. Hence, you may need earplugs for a better sleep as the sound proofing is barely noticeable, especially if you stay at the one with balcony. The rooms are spacious for 2. They do not provide daily cleaning services unless requested as per posts from other guests. It would be more enjoyable if the cleanliness can be enhanced, especially behind the cabinets which could be moved, there are many small dead insects body which gives the room a hint of the insect smell. Attention to cleanliness for scrubbing of sink and floor to mop will be much appreciated. The mirrors should also be checked to avoid safety hazard as the corner one that I stayed is already loose from the edges. Looking forward for a more improved and enhanced version of the place as it deserves to be.

If u can locate Taman Sutera then it brings u right to d place. Its difficult for us because there’s no sign board until u reached end of the block 🙂↕️ So disappointed because the price we paid didnt allow us to stay in the mushroom. Its only for rooms next to the office🙂↕️ plz make sure u choose the right room if u want to experience stay in the mushrrom. Well, we got the pics but thats not where we stay🙂↕️
