„The front desk service was good , upon checkin i forgot to check there is cash deposit, but this is understandable for a condotel staying . Thats fair. The room is very spacious it perfect for family size. Downside I really expect to get room facing okada, i assumed all offered rooms regardless of the type as posted in tiktok or other social media platform . So i duno if it has to booked in other apps to get those view The other buildings on pacific side , looks like abandoned building , im at 32nd floor it looks creepy when i opened my window, it reminds me of horror story. The bathroom getting flooded when you used the shower. The pool at the 2F was alright, i havent touched the gym. But 2 facilities are enough tp accommodate quick staycation I wld recommend to booked premium room to enjoy the bayview. But for quick stay like i did. What you pay, is what you get. .”

„We only spent one night here. It’s a typical low-cost accommodation that provided comfortable enough rest, and the staff were friendly. Just a quick note for future travelers: if you're sensitive to traffic noise or need an elevator, this might not be ideal. We enjoyed popping into the nearby 7-Eleven for late-night snacks, grabbing authentic bites at a local carinderia (the sweetest taste of home-style Filipino cooking!), and picking up fresh treats from a lovely little fruit stand.”

„SO CLEAN SO GOOD”

„Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.”

„The cleanliness is superb and comfortable. Strong internet connection. The noise was tolerable because the location is obviously below the routes of airplanes. Will refer this hotel to others and maybe come back there in the next long vacation.”

„Номера чистые, ванная исправная без дифектов, элетроприборы в рабочем состояниии, сплит система тоже. Есть минус ручка входной двери номера 503 незакреплена и вот вот отвалится. Персонал доброжелательный, но при заезде попросили большую сумму депозита чем указано в приложении, возможно в приложении не обновили информацию. По стоимости немного дороговато , но исходя из того что в данном районе вариантов практически нет пришлось потерпеть. В целом понравилось.”
