I had a great stay at Tower Hotel by At Mine Hospitality. The room was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The hotel corridors were clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the property overall looks much better in person than in the photos. I would stay again

Wczoraj miałem trzygodzinne opóźnienie w otrzymaniu zaplanowanych dawek. Proces meldowania zakończył się o 22:00 i nie otrzymałem potwierdzenia telefonicznego. Po powrocie personelu nocnego poinformowano mnie, że muszę wpisać się na listę, mimo że już byłem na niej. Chociaż wymeldowanie zaplanowano na 11:30, musiałem wcześniej zwolnić personel sprzątający, aby umożliwić posprzątanie pokoju. Przez całą noc nie otrzymałem żadnej informacji telefonicznej, mailowej ani SMS-owej. Na podstawie tego doświadczenia nie mogę polecić tego miejsca osobom przyjeżdżającym w godzinach nocnych. Ponadto dziś rano recepcja była bezczynna, a wszystkie punkty dostępu zabezpieczone były kodem. Do tej pory nie otrzymałem żadnej korespondencji mailowej ani zwrotu kosztów za masaż.

처음 방문할때 도착을 대중교통으로 안내했었으면 좋을 듯 하다. 택시타고 오라고 하는데, 비용이 투숙요금보다 많이 지출할 손님이 오는 그런 호스텔이 아니지 않는가. 처음에는 대중교통이 없는 줄 알았는데 이용하다보니 동네가까이에 좋은 버스 노선이 많았다. 호스텔 소개할때 버스 노선을 소개하면 많은 호응이 있을 것 같다. 장점이 많은 호스텔로 앞으로의 개선과 발전이 기대된다.

I love it here, the front desk lady was so nice. Feel like being home. The theme of the hotel is also fantastic! I think it relate to some black people culture :） 非常温馨的酒店 就是地區有點不安全 晚上的時候很嚇人，主題是黑人文化 很特別的酒店！

Położenie hostelu jest zbyt ciche i oddalone od wszystkiego, jeśli nie jesteś lokalny, ale w pobliżu znajduje się stacja kolejowa. Po prostu nie czuję się komfortowo, żeby tak dużo chodzić

The only thing going for this hotel is the free shuttle bus to and from the airport Shuttle bus drivers were extremely helpful and friendly. Other staff not so. The entire hotel is in need of an upgrade and a good clean

疫情後都是不能每天打掃，可以每天換毛巾。小蚊蟲不少，容易拍殺，不影響睡眠。綠植多就會這樣。 飛機起降是能聽到，也是不影響我睡眠的。 我們就是找有廚房的美式酒店，所以這裏宣稱含早餐的坑，也是沒影響的。前台小角落早上6-9提供熱水茶啡麥片巧克力飲品，沒有更多了。我們自帶摩卡壺，調料一次性餐具，附近超市採買食材，酒店還提供一套不沾鍋盤子刀叉，足夠了。 免費停車是剛需，前台服務生友好，我們晚上十一點才到。 開車到小哈瓦那12分鐘，邁阿密海灘40分鐘，大沼澤公園一小時，keywest4小時，我覺得一切還算合理。

After checking in, I put my luggage in the room and left quickly to take care of some work. When I came back, I found an elderly woman and a Black woman behind her entering a code and unlocking my room door. I immediately went up to question them, but I got no response. They even blocked me outside the door. By the time I managed to get into the room, both of them had already left. I then messaged the owner, but received no reply at all. This situation made me feel extremely unsafe, and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. My laptop, tablet, phone, and bank cards were all inside the room. I do not understand how they knew the code or why they were able to open my door. This experience has seriously raised concerns about the hotel’s security and management.

It is worth for the price.
