The hotel is just strategically positioned, close to the airport and downtown. it is just in the middle. Breakfast is good and there are a variety of options. The Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, are very spacious and items are replenished daily. Staff are welcoming and very ready to help at any time. The area is quite too though the facility is on a busy street. I would recommend everyone I know to stay at this hotel whenever they visit Ottawa.

Stayed 3 nights. Had some problems with the shower, however maintenance came and resolved issues quickly second day. Housekeeping missed our room on the second day. Nice large suite with a kitchen was convenient as well as the noon checkout was great. Very quiet location yet close to many conveniences. The breakfast was lacking as the product quality was on the low end. Should improve with fruits, waffles and better quality: baked goods, sausage and bacon.. i would definitely stay again but would not enjoy the breakfast as it is.

Room cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd. We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers.. A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out. In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.

Clean facilities, excellent service, great location, good assortment for breakfast, attentive front desk staff.

A very stylish and modern apartment block. Check-in and room access by codes. Our studio apartment was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the bath/shower very clean.The gym downstairs is good and well maintained. Location is good and close to the Parliament Hill area. Only ”negative” is that window doesn't open so no fresh air gets in.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, they had issues checking us in as the booking was made through trip.com which went through *******. Somehow they figured it out later. The room was spacious, clean. They provided room services every day except for one day when they were understaffed. Shower has only half door so be ready for some splashes. I recommend bringing your own body wash (they provide soap which is hard to wash off) and shampoo. People who can't sleep with noise in the room, should consider their options. Air conditioning is super loud (like factory machine) , it constantly woke us up at night, there is no option to open a window instead. Breakfasts are always the same, not a single thing changes: fried/boiled eggs, sausages, pork?cutlets, pancakes, apples, oatmeal, bread. The dining room was always overcrowded, the space should be at least twice as big. Sometimes we came and there was no food, so we had to wait for someone to come and bring food (they don't have a person there on a regular basis). I can't say our experience was bad, but it was not great either.

I was pleasantly pleased by front desk staff on arrival., given all information I needed and assured that if not satisfied in any way to let her know and she would make every effort to help. I stayed 4 nights while visiting family in the area. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The bed very comfortable, there were functions happening on the main floor during the weekend night but in the 5th floor room I stayed In all was quiet. The hotel is close to many small food choices & coffee shops  in the neighborhood along with a supermarket next door. about 25 mins to airport and 25 mins to downtown Ottawa . Coffee always hot in the lobby . I will certainly stay there again.

I expected more from Glö than I received. I chose Glö as a ”treat” for a couple's getaway, as it was a newer hotel and appeared like it would be snazzier than the usual fare. Pros: The bathroom was very nice, and the complimentary toiletries are top notch. The rooms are very clean. The mattress was very comfortable and the TV was a decent size. Cons: The rooms are incredibly small, and while they are nicely furnished, the tiny ”couch” seat was more form than function (i.e. prettier than it was comfortable). The front desk staff seemed very new and clueless on basic hospitality essentials, like how to work the in-room television. It also took ages for a response from front desk on how to work the TV and the issue wasn't even resolved. I probably will not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone I know, as there are so many hotels to choose from in Kanata that offer better, more knowledgeable service and better pricing.

オタワの中心にちかく、移動に便利でした。部屋の清掃もいき届いていました。一つ疑問に思ったのが、Trio.comに登録した内容をもう一度登録する必要があると言われチェックインに時間がかかりました。

Great place to stay nice & clean not far from downtown . Private parking and room for 3 people was big with a big kitchen. I definitely recommend . Price is also affordable.
