酒店前台服務態度非常好，還給免費升級了房型，設施完善，智能語音助手，停車方便，前台還有免費雪糕和小零食，早餐也還可以，房間隔音效果非常好，夜晚睡覺安靜，很滿意的一次入住。

必須給五星好評！主要是服務太熱情了。這家新店在河西涿州新城中心，旁邊就有個大商場，位置特別方便。新裝修的環境，哪兒哪兒都亮堂，房間佈局也合理，尤其是朝南的房間，遠離馬路特別安靜，太陽一曬進來，屋裡暖乎乎的。美中不足就是衞生得再細緻點，有些犄角旮旯還有點殘留；早餐品種有點簡單，要是能添一台咖啡機就更好了。

Service good. The hotel has a very engaging, welcoming and helpful Manager. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back again. A suggestion is that Wudo needs to consider having a small freezer and oven for food warming especially during this winter season where going out for dinner is not comfortable. Otherwise I still recommend Wudo to my friends.

Pokój nie jest tak zatłoczony, łóżko i szafka, biuro jest tak duże, że nie ma trudności w ciąganiu bagażu. W obiekcie jest idealny. Jest rozsądny, położenie w starym mieście, w okolicy jest pełno pysznych sklepów, a nocny wieczorem jest bardzo wygodny. Zdrowie jest doskonałe, nie ma żadnej pieca pod rogami i szafą. Proszę się nie martwić, chcę tu wybrać następnym razem.

The bed was so comfortable that I rested so well. Breakfast was good. The location was good for the trip to buy things.

Great place. Lots of places to eat just across the street. Friendly staff, and happy to accommodate our wishes for rooms ect.

The hotel was very clean and well-equipped with attention to detail. The location was great, close to the station, and convenient with street food, convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

A clean and organised room. There's a TV, kettle, and all the other basic amenities. The bathroom is generally pretty clean, tho the shower floor could use a harder scrub in my opinion but it's still fine.

位置很好，離白洋澱很近，院子裏也可以帶孩子散散步，房間面積也還行，服務員送東西速度很快，好評，餐廳工作人員可以幫忙熱餐，態度很好，好評。 唯一讓人不舒服的是早餐廳的一個女服務員，早餐衹供應到9:30，我們因為帶着兩歲的孩子，孩子醒的晚，我去問能不能打包一點到房間吃，她態度非常冷淡的説：不行，你們下來吃。我解釋完原因，對方仍然是頭都不抬的説：不行。一晚四百多的酒店，想打包早餐到房間吃一下都不行，真的很無語。

酒店其實整體還挺好的，開始房間感覺床上用品特別潮，於是立刻給換了房間，好評，但是第二個房間洗手間返很嚴重的腥臭味道，雖然客房服務員給提供了除味兒噴霧和芳香劑後面解決了，但是這個感覺挺不好的，另外有個槽點是房間到處是鏡子……不知道為什麼……
