„We come from Malaysia, stayed for 2 nights, thumbs up to our guide 小宇 for her exellent service and knowledge when we joined the 9.9 trip to Chengde resort. Hotel is modern and clean, staffs are very helpful. Location is good as it is near to shopping mall and some restaurant. 我们来自马来西亚，住宿2晚，参加了9.9元的避暑山庄讲解，导游小宇知识渊博，讲解的非常到位，还帮我们照相，非常感谢。酒店装修风格新颖别致，干净整洁 ，员工非常热心，酒店旁边有商场，吃饭很方便。”

„Very helpful front desk, especially Ms Sun who helped with our luggages as there is no lift connection between the ground floor reception and the first floor.  Bathroom layout is not optimal as there is no space beside basin to put your stuffs.  Overall very value for money stay.”

„The sanitary environment is very good, the bed is soft and comfortable to lie on and relax. The special intimate point is that the hotel has a laundry room. It is really convenient to wash clothes. After exercising, you can wash the sweaty clothes directly, and you don't have to carry them home. Many hotels of the same grade can't do this, it's really a special bonus.”

„The lobby was fancy and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, even though they didn't speak any English Check-in as a foreign was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was typical Chinese hotel breakfast food, just normal, but lacking in fresh fruit. It's close enough to the Mountain Scenic area to walk. I have two complaints, though. I had a windowless room, and it smelled awful inside, and the ventilation fan didn't help get rid of the smell. Also, the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so it left a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. It was uncomfortable taking a shower while trying to hold the door shut as much as possible, too. The room was clean, when I checked in, though, and cleaned daily. I could hear some noise from guests in other rooms, like loud talking and toilets flushing. It would definitely be better if I had gotten a room with windows, to help get that smell out. It's easy to walk along the river from this hotel's location, though.”

„I chose this hotel because it is a ten-minute walk from Chengde station (and a twenty-minute drive from Chengdenan station). There are small shops nearby and some malls across the river. You can walk to the summer mountain resort in about 35 minutes. My room was clean and quiet, and the reception staff were polite.”

„The hotel has a great location; there are many bus stops just across the street, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's very close to Erxianju Night Market and the statue of Emperor Kangxi on horseback, and not far from Jinlong Shopping Plaza and Wulie River. They even gave us a 10 RMB voucher for a fast food restaurant, which was very good – clean, hygienic, and offering a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel breakfast also had a good selection of Chinese and Western options. The rooms were clean and hygienic, with a strong water flow and stable temperature in the shower. There's even a robot delivery service. The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful, making the experience pleasant.”

„Hotel located very good spot close to the resort. Also close to many shopping malls. Room is clean spacious. We had two rooms and two bathroom very comfortable service. Also very good breakfast also have many varieties. The only complaint is smoking. There’s no way you can avoid smoking smells come into the room And the Chinese seems like All smokes.”
