„The lobby was fancy and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, even though they didn't speak any English Check-in as a foreign was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was typical Chinese hotel breakfast food, just normal, but lacking in fresh fruit. It's close enough to the Mountain Scenic area to walk. I have two complaints, though. I had a windowless room, and it smelled awful inside, and the ventilation fan didn't help get rid of the smell. Also, the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so it left a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. It was uncomfortable taking a shower while trying to hold the door shut as much as possible, too. The room was clean, when I checked in, though, and cleaned daily. I could hear some noise from guests in other rooms, like loud talking and toilets flushing. It would definitely be better if I had gotten a room with windows, to help get that smell out. It's easy to walk along the river from this hotel's location, though.”

It takes 15 minutes to directly reach the World Cultural Heritage "U Ba Temples" building complex, and 25 minutes to reach the high-speed rail station, which is convenient to transport. The hotel is equipped with a buffet breakfast, free 24-hour laundry, Wi-Fi, coffee, and a specialty snack shop and local specialty shops. Staying at this hotel is an ideal choice for travel, shopping, shopping and experiencing Chengde Royal Garden culture and humanistic style.
„I took my mom to the Chengde Mountain Resort and other attractions. I chose this hotel on Ctrip mainly because of its location, and it was indeed in a great location. 平時不常評價也不由的來推薦一下，在這裏感覺很放鬆舒服，不同年齡段都能在這裏找到樂趣～ 帳篷房，設施超出預期的好，有智能馬桶，獨立浴室，床品也很舒服，也有提供瓶裝水和熱水壺～5.1出行晚上山裡有點冷，有空調可以制熱，還有電熱毯，晚上睡覺不會冷～體驗到了野趣，設施也很便利，服務熱情的恰到好處，住的很舒服，處處感受到了老闆的用心和態度，從用品到餐食質量品質，還有設計理念，超讚～ 是一個“避世”的好去處，旁邊有鹿、黑豬、家禽可以看，爬一座小山到觀景台吹風，躺椅上曬着太陽看鴨子細水，看泡泡撞碎在陽光裏，還有一衹愛撒嬌的大狗狗，咖啡廳下棋看書，太適合躺平發呆啦～星空下伴着潺潺水聲入夢，安靜愜意～早上下了一陣小雨又是另一番景緻，早餐雖然簡單但是味道很好，尤其是自己醃製的小鹹菜～喜歡這裏，還會再來噠～

Very helpful front desk, especially Ms Sun who helped with our luggages as there is no lift connection between the ground floor reception and the first floor.  Bathroom layout is not optimal as there is no space beside basin to put your stuffs.  Overall very value for money stay.

We come from Malaysia, stayed for 2 nights, thumbs up to our guide 小宇 for her exellent service and knowledge when we joined the 9.9 trip to Chengde resort. Hotel is modern and clean, staffs are very helpful. Location is good as it is near to shopping mall and some restaurant. 我们来自马来西亚，住宿2晚，参加了9.9元的避暑山庄讲解，导游小宇知识渊博，讲解的非常到位，还帮我们照相，非常感谢。酒店装修风格新颖别致，干净整洁 ，员工非常热心，酒店旁边有商场，吃饭很方便。

地理位置：離大灘鎮中心和馬鎮車程大約20分鐘，離百里天路南口車程大約10分鐘，對面就是雲中草原零距離。比鎮中心安靜太多了，那裡吵得讓人鬧心。但晚上還是有零星的煙花聲音。 酒店環境：院子設計挺好看的，依山而建錯落有致，房間裝修和設施都比較簡單，但也很清爽。 服務：旺季滿房，服務響應有點慢，但都很熱情。每天晚上9點還有篝火晚會。 餐飲：早餐有基本的粥牛奶主食小菜等，味道還可以；餐廳烤羊腿好吃，就是太難等了；酒店裡有家咖啡廳，美式很好喝，咖啡廳的風景也超讚。 其他：酒店裡有個巖石馬場，專業教騎馬的，可以騎馬體驗；酒店門口也有牧民經營的騎馬體驗。

Ogólne doświadczenie przekroczyło oczekiwania 🎉 Umówiłem się z przyjaciółmi na weekendową przejażdżkę konną po tamie. We trójkę zarezerwowaliśmy Lu Suite w Zaandam Manor. Samochód może jechać bezpośrednio przed drzwiami pokoju. ⛲️ Cały dwór jest dość duży. Oprócz drewnianych domów i namiotów, na terenie dworku znajdują się konie i zielone drzewa, nie wspominając o tym, że otoczenie jest bardzo wygodne, a powietrze bardzo świeże, bardzo sprzyjające ucieczce z miasta dla wypoczynku w weekendy Istnieją również restauracje i miejsca do grillowania, aby po jeździe udać się do stadniny koni. Całkiem wygodnie jest móc zjeść pyszny posiłek po powrocie z konia. 🏠 Pokój jest wystarczająco przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. W nocy na łąkach jest jeszcze trochę chłodno. W pokoju jest olej i nie będzie Ci zimno. Wszystkie kosmetyki to suszarka do włosów L'Occitane oraz meble i pościel Dyson. Wszystkie wyglądają na całkiem nowe. Spanie na nich jest bardzo wygodne. Można powiedzieć, że właściciel jest ostrożny 👨 Obsługa również jest bardzo uprzejma i w zasadzie spełnia potrzeby gości. Lunch możemy zjeść również po powrocie o 14:00. Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolony. To doświadczenie przekracza oczekiwania i jest bardzo opłacalne. Przyjadę ponownie następnym razem!

Originally, this hotel was not my first choice, but I clicked to see the hotel environment taken by netizens, and I lived here immediately! When I arrived at the hotel, the beauty in the photo appeared in front of me. In fact, you don't have to go to the surrounding attractions to enjoy the surrounding blue sky, white clouds, green mountains and green waters. I took advantage of the sunset and drove the car near the lake of Yanming and took some photos with the grass lake. The hotel's location is pretty good, and the surroundings are very quiet. It's only about a 19-minute drive to Jinshanling Great Wall. However, the Jinshanling exit on the G45 Beijing-Chengde Expressway is closed, so you have to take a detour. When there are fewer guests, breakfast is served individually with generous portions. When it's busy, they open a buffet with a wider variety of options. The room was spacious, great for families. But there were a lot of ladybugs (or 'stink bugs' as some call them) that somehow got into the room; we had to clear them out as soon as we checked in. The bathroom drain was clogged, so the facilities definitely need some maintenance. It's probably okay for a 1-2 night stay.

The hotel is in a good location, the front desk is very helpful to print the information, the room is very clean and tidy, forgot to bring razor, ask the front desk, It was soon sent up. Late check out for your own reasons, GaoFei Lady at the front desk is very attentive, this hotel recommended.

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
