"Excellent stay room 809! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful river view. The bed was cozy, the bedding was of good quality, and the room was quiet thanks to effective soundproofing. What stood out most was the outstanding service. The front desk staff were always smiling, welcoming, and efficient, making every interaction pleasant. The tour desk was equally helpful and readily provided useful travel information and advice. Breakfast was good, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. With its comfortable rooms, scenic views, and attentive staff, this is definitely a hotel I would recommend to self driving guest. Booking DiDi was easy to all attractions on our list but note that the Mountain Resort Scenic Area is not within walking distance. Do not miss the KangXi ceremony show which is magnificent knowing or not knowing the history."

"Exceeded expectations, super satisfied! 👍👍👍 We took our child to Chengde for the weekend, and after comparing several hotels, we chose Atour near the Mountain Resort. We were extremely satisfied after checking in. First, it's incredibly close to the Mountain Resort, Guandi Temple, and the night market, all within 100-500 meters. We could walk to the Mountain Resort, avoiding the inconvenience of long-distance taxi rides. In the evening, I highly recommend Liu Ge's juicy grilled cold noodles at the night market next to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We'll definitely choose Atour again next time! 🌹🌹🌹"

"The hotel was excellent! It's well-equipped with very new facilities. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and reminded us of everything and made all the arrangements. The customer service staff were also very good and thoughtful. There's both underground and above-ground parking, which was very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, a great mix of Chinese and Western options with lots of variety. For dinner, we ordered à la carte at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious – really good."
