If you come to Dalian Development zone this is the place that must choose. Service: Attitude and eager to help is amazing event lack of English. Facilities: IoT is here very smart with little robot, if you can say things in Chinese you can talk with Xiaodudu its like Siri or Alexia in your room. Location is best, everything is around even food street. 20min walk feom metro station. Cleanness convenient is dont expect too much but it is OK for me.

My stay at the Novotel Living Dalian Zhongshan Square with my little one was a fantastic surprise! The location is unbeatable; it's right next to Zhongshan Square with subway access right outside, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. The room was set up like an apartment, offering plenty of space and a full kitchen, which was a huge plus for heating up baby food. What really stood out was how thoughtful the hotel was towards kids. During check-in, they proactively offered two sets of building blocks, which my child absolutely loved and kept them happily occupied, significantly reducing any fussing. The entire room was spotless, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive views, and the soundproofing was excellent – my child's nap went undisturbed. The gym and self-service laundry room were incredibly practical, and the 24-hour front desk staff were gentle and patient, responding to any issues super fast. Combining hotel service with the comfort of home, it's definitely my top choice for family travel. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Dalian!

Oh this is a great hotel, clean rooms comfortable bedding and individual controls for the air conditioning. Rooms are spacious Water pressure great Plenty of hot water Staff super friendly Laundry Room in the basement Lots of great food options within 5 minutes walk from the hotel Subway 5 minutes walk Some noise on street facing rooms but it wasn’t a problem for me and was quite by 9pm. I will definitely stay again when in Dalian Loved it ✌️

My stay here exceeded expectations! The hotel's location is easy to find, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and attentive, checking me in quickly and even offering tips on local attractions. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I had a peaceful night's sleep. The complimentary toiletries were good quality, there was plenty of hot water, and the bathroom was clean with a great wet/dry separation. Breakfast offered a rich variety, from hot porridge and pastries to fruits and drinks – amazing value for money! The cleaning staff always greeted guests warmly, showing great attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it to anyone traveling here!

The hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Exit D of 西安路(Xianlu) Station, and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a nightclub and a street lined with food stalls mainly frequented by locals. It gets lively at night. I stayed in a room facing the street, but since it was on the 6th floor, the noise from outside wasn’t too bothersome. However, the soundproofing between rooms isn’t great. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms. The shower and toilet facilities are basic. Note that in some rooms, the bathroom isn’t fully separated from the rest of the space. Two 500ml bottles of water were provided and replenished daily. Towels were replaced during daily cleaning, but it seemed like the sheets weren’t changed though that might be different for longer stays. There’s no fridge in the room, but you can ask the front desk to store things in their staff refrigerator if needed. Foreigners can stay here without any issues. During my 3-night stay, there was a different staff member at the front desk each day, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They actively assisted me when I had any issues, and I’m really grateful for that. Even if you don’t speak Chinese, using a translation app works fine. For basic things like check-in and check-out, you won’t need Chinese at all.

A very helpful hotel located very near the airport. They have a shuttle which will take you to the airport in less than 5 minutes and they were very accommodating as we both had different flights leaving at different times - they were happy to arrange the shuttle for each of us. The nearest metro station is the airport so if you want to go into the city you will have to walk over to the airport or book a taxi.

Location was excellent. Near to russian style street, zhongshan square, and dalian railway station. Staff were friendly. Room and bathroom were both clean.

Very clean hotel, close to airport, room is big enough, except very little smoking smell which is typical of hotel in northeast China and much better than other hotels; I love the free laundry and BF, laundry provide detergent plus dryer, BF is rich including both western and Chinese style, fruit, drink, toast, egg, sausage and Chinese soup, vegetables, dumplings, noodles, and more. The BF may not as many options as 4 stars hotel but definitely good enough and fresh and clean.

호텔 서비스를 그닥 이용하지 않아 서비스는 잘 모르겠습니다. 하지만 위치와 가격이 모든 걸 상쇄하네요. 아... 단점으로 복도에서 담배 냄새가 좀 납니다. 청소문제가 아니라 실내에서 흡연하는 게 밖으로 나오는 것 같네요. 금연객실 요청해서 배정받았는데 실내는 괜찮았습니다.
