I first visited this place when the weather was just turning warm. That time, I stumbled upon it and booked it by pure chance, only staying one night due to time constraints. This time, I specifically booked three nights and invited my travel buddy to come relax here again. At night, the natural white noise helps me fall asleep quickly and soundly. No alarm clock needed in the morning; I was woken up by the birds. Then, I'd get up, head to the mountain for some fresh air, enjoy a special breakfast prepared by the guesthouse, and brew a cup of tea we picked and processed ourselves. Seriously, what an idyllic life this is! A huge thank you to the owner for taking us fruit picking; we were so lucky to taste the absolute freshest fruits! He also took us tea picking and taught us how to roll, ferment, and pan-fry the tea. It made us realize how tea is truly made, and I'll never complain about tea prices again, hahaha. And another special thanks to the owner for helping us two foodie girls prepare the BBQ ingredients. We woke up from our afternoon nap, and he had already set up the grill for us – what an incredible host! The front desk staff was also incredibly nice. During our chat, she learned I'm a bit of a clean freak, so she made a point to only restock amenities and empty the trash daily, respecting my preference. It truly felt wonderful how they anticipated our needs at every single step. I have so many photos, so many videos, and so many wonderful memories. After spending a few days here, I truly feel this is the kind of life we all need.

It’s nice to stay at here. The room is very spaicous, clean and tidy. The bed is 1.35 m. The hotel is near bus station to Emeishan. Near restaurants and shops. And near to Bao Guo Temple. Actually, we only get 2 breakfast, but they also give 2 more free breakfast for our teenager kids. So nice. Thank you so much. 😊🙏

The hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are spacious, clean, and the location is very close to the Emeishan Scenic Area. The hotel provides high-speed rail transportation to the station, and it is no more difficult to go to the scenic area than to drive yourself. There are shuttle buses, and the supporting services around Emeishan are very user-friendly.

Chose the hotel due to the close proximity to the service centre. It was very convenient! Room was modern looking and spacious! Very well equipped. Staff was pleasant in explaining the routes even though I did not opt to take up their private tour package. Room soundproofing is generally not very good in China so sometimes you’ll hear neighbours or people shouting downstairs, but this is not limited to this hotel only. Regarding the room amenities, shower head seems to be a little spoilt as it was leaking through the pipe and whenever water was shut, the shower head will be propelled forward and fall out of the stand. Otherwise, water pressure is ok. Room also has a lot of flies, which I do not mind but take note if you are particular about this.

Cleanliness and location are good, and this hotel has the potential to be an excellent place to stay if it can improve in the following areas: 1. Power outlets: Please consider providing alternative outlet types such as Type C (two round pins) to better cater to international guests. The current Type I and A outlets are more suited to local use. Emeishan was my final stop after visiting Chongqing, Yichang, Enshi, Chengdu, and Gaoping — and all those places provided Type C outlets. Because of this, I was unable to charge my phone here. Although the front desk staff eventually helped me with charging (somewhat reluctantly), I believe hotel staff should proactively offer assistance in such cases. Good service is essential in the hospitality industry and is what gives a hotel a competitive edge. 2. Bathroom hangers: At present, the only option is the grab bar inside the shower cubicle, which is impractical since clothes get wet during showers. Proper hooks or hangers in a dry area of the bathroom would be much more useful. 3. Bathroom amenities: Providing a floor towel (bath mat) would allow guests to dry their feet before stepping out of the bathroom, adding comfort and safety. 4. Storage: Instead of only a few wall hooks, a proper hanging closet or wardrobe would greatly improve convenience for guests. 5. Luggage storage: A luggage rack should be provided so guests do not have to leave their bags on the floor. These may seem like small issues individually, but together they significantly affect the overall guest experience. I share this feedback not as a complaint, but in the hope that it will help the hotel improve for future guests.

The facilities are a bit old, but the service is excellent. Staff were very helpful even though I don’t speak Chinese. They offered free breakfast and explained the return cable car route. Dinner at the hotel was delicious — I recommend it. Go early for the sunrise, as it gets very crowded. I left the hotel at 8:00 and still caught the 11:55 high-speed train from Emeishan to Chengdu East easily. Buy round-trip tickets in advance if possible. As a Japanese traveler, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Thank you for the amazing experience — I’ll never forget visiting Mount Emei.

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in this hotel. The unique thing is it has an AI robot to serve the hotel guests. Request for housekeeping is made through the internet and delivery is by the robot. Laundry powder is provided free of charge from the reception and we just do the laundry washing on our own. With such reasonable price, the free breakfast provided is a simple one but enough to fill our stomach.

1、山莊很高大上，有個榻榻米很大，能睡兩個人，床也很大，山莊就在清音平湖上，也很安靜，屬於難得的旺中帶靜， 2、交通方便走幾十米就是玩水的地方，峨眉山的水實在太清澈了，走10分鐘左右就到五顯崗車站，去雷洞坪，去哪都很方便，去猴山也不遠，小孩玩的好開心 3、老闆娘很好溝通，免費接站服務，還幫忙叫車直接到山莊送高鐵站， 4、山莊的飯菜特別好吃，從成都青城山樂山一路吃過來，臨江鱔絲，魚香肉絲，回鍋肉，所以特地回來又吃了一餐。
