The elevator is outside of the wall and of full glass, it intends to offer riders full street view. The down side is facilities do look old and windows could use some cleaning.”

A super surprise homestay on this trip! The two homestay managers were very enthusiastic. They took the initiative to add WeChat before check-in and explained practical matters such as the location of the homestay, parking, and surrounding dining. It will also combine our travel rhythm to plan the itinerary intimately, and the whole process is thoughtful and warm. The room is antique as a whole, elegant and quiet, and the details can be seen everywhere. The homestay is located in the scenic area, the environment is quiet and quiet, away from the downtown area, you can enjoy the natural scenery of the North and South Lake slowly and immersively, relax and heal. Full experience, excellent price/performance ratio, this is the first choice for visiting Nanbei Lake, very recommended!

Very new hotel. There’s a robot to deliver what you need - from food deliveries to bottled water from the hotel. Love this automated service. Efficient. Hotel is in a quiet area which’s nice. There’s a snack supermarket opposite the hotel (3 minutes walk). Very good deals and varieties. Post office is opposite as well. About 15 minutes drive to 观海园 to watch sun rise. Should do so as the sun rise is beautiful with unblocked view. Hotel room is kept clean and tidy. Shower can be a bit small on 6th floor. Room cleaning is well done. Toilet had a smoke smell when I checked in. Reception offered to change a room but I asked for a spray down of the toilet which did the trick. Friendly reception staff. Warm and welcoming.

我在這家酒店住了一晚，整體感覺非常棒。首先一進大廳空氣裏面香香的。環境就很好，酒店是新開業的新店，位置離大學城/體育館非常近，到觀海園景點都非常近就幾公里。其次酒店的服務非常周到，房間設施採用的都是全智能客控，前台接待員非常熱情，入住和退房都非常高效快捷。酒店的客房也非常乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，設施齊全。總之，這是一家非常值得推薦過來的體驗的。

有人情味的服務!全季住得就是舒坦! 住了不少酒店，海鹽全季的服務是少有的讓我覺得有人情味的。工作人員都很友善、很熱情，不是冷冰冰的流程化操作，而是真的把你當客人來關心。溝通起來特別順暢、舒服，有什麼事兒一説就能解決，態度賊好。整個酒店的氛圍也讓人放鬆、自在，不像有的地方那麼緊綳。 房間舒適是基礎，這次床墊也睡的很舒服，但這份貼心又接地氣的服務，才是加分項!住完心情都變好了，舒坦!

不得不給這家酒店一個大大的好評!地理位置絕佳，就在市中心，去哪裡都方便。外觀看着就很氣派，走進大堂，裝修簡約又不失格調，讓人感覺很温馨。房間佈置得很用心，細節之處見真章，不僅寬敞明亮，而且各種設施一應俱全，電視、空調、Wi-Fi 都好用。晚上睡覺特別安靜，完全不會被外界打擾。酒店的服務更是沒話説，有求必應，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。另外，價格也很實惠，性價比超高。強烈推薦給大家，來這遊玩住宿選它準沒錯!

超級大好評。老闆娘回消息很快，答案都很清晰。我們是第一次帶一歲寶寶出上海，很多擔憂的點老闆娘都一一解答，還準備了非常豐富新鮮的寶寶輔食。我們一日三餐都在民宿吃的農家菜，很新鮮很美味。這家民宿交通也很方便，自己就在隱馬山上，逛一圈也要一小時了；距離南北湖也很近開車十分鐘左右可以到。真的很推薦，還會再來～

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z tego hotelu. Cały proces od zameldowania do wymeldowania przebiegał sprawnie. Obsługa w recepcji była bardzo uprzejma i rozdawała mile widziane owoce, a obsługa była bardzo entuzjastyczna. Hotel dysponuje także bezpłatnym parkingiem, nie trzeba płacić skanując kodu parkingowego, można parkować naziemnie lub pod ziemią, nie martwiąc się o brak miejsca parkingowego. Pościel w pokoju jest bardzo wygodna, pokój jest czysty i przestronny, a łazienka ma dobry projekt separacji wody suchej i mokrej. Podsumowując, jestem bardzo zadowolony i zatrzymam się tu następnym razem.

宿湖光山居享詩意時光（詳情見兩分半視頻） 我沿南北湖南湖東面由南往北走到這裏時，雖衹傍晚，天色已黑，遠處湖上已彩燈映照，右手邊連綿的白牆黑瓦中的光暈讓我心生温暖，今天漂泊了一天也該住下休息了。名字湖光山居一看就心領神會，手機上選了湖景大床房295元有早餐，給我安排的是三樓，裏面曲徑通幽，蠻考驗我的尋找辨別能力， 朦朧夜色中憑感覺尋找我今晚的歸宿，房間屬於緊湊實用型，進門是洗漱台，淋浴水壓很足，蠻舒服，他家沐浴露洗髮液，味道清新淡雅，吹風機沒看到，如果需要的話，可以聯繫服務枱。枱子上服務內容寫的蠻多，傢俱都是中式的，床頭櫃上還放着鉛筆和便箋，挺傳統的，欣賞下窗外湖的夜景，湖岸邊柔和的一圈光暈成圓弧形環抱着我，顏色過一段時間會變化的，這是靠坐在床上看手機時，窗外南北湖分界的小宛橋光影就在不遠處閃爍， 這家賓館第一個優點是位置好，在南湖的東岸邊，靠山面湖，離南北湖分界的小宛橋很近，觀景及出行位置都很優越，第二個優點是中式美學園林風，建築白牆黑瓦江南風情，中式傢俱典雅莊重，賓館中間的環境通過廊道水池岸石樹木的中式美學結合讓住客有園林中穿梭的感受，第三個優點是早餐品種豐富可口及餐飲環境舒心。 早餐時間記得服務枱説七點到九點，但實際是七點半至九點，不過像我一樣早到了也沒關係， 可以先在餐廳外的大露台上看看景拍拍照，餐廳環境也是優雅的中式韻味，早餐的品種蠻豐富，碗比較小我喝了三碗菜粥，我一個朋友就叫萬三碗，我媽叫他三碗飯，除了我吃的這些還有小蛋糕，油條，水煮蛋，炒麪，蛋炒飯，豆漿，發糕，麪包片，小圓子，肉包，菜包，我還嚐了點餛飩，燒賣，蒸餃，味道都蠻清淡，中午在賓館的話可以點菜坐靠窗的位置或直接坐大露台上，邊吃邊享受眼前的湖光山色，美景滿眼胃口也會好，我剛才説的位置優越，中式美學，早餐及環境這三個優點，讓我對這家賓館感覺挺好，景區裏週六這價格也不算貴。最後一句話總結我的住店及在南北湖景區的感受吧：選擇湖光山居，享受詩意時光…
