„Staying here is the best choice if you want to enjoy the Westlake at any time you like . This hotel is very convenient to many places and have an underpass right opp the hotel. Plenty of shopping just as you walked out from the small hotel lobby . Took a taxi ride (not far) to Hefang street and plenty of Resturants and cafe I will strongly recommended this hotel to everyone , but the small lift a little slow But this is a hotel I strongly recommend to all with such a plus point on the price too :) I will be back to HZ again to Qiyue Westlake YoudianRoad”

„It was a pleasant stay and the desk service from this hotel is very friendly and helpful. Nice people and willing to go being miles to provide the assistance in getting a comfy room to stay for the whole trip. Rooms are clean and smart control ease almost everything. Location is strategic with waking distance to 2 different metro line and to the west lake and qing hefang. One thing I like is their pillow, super comfy and I had a good sleep thanks to it. Definitely enjoyed the stay and may come back next time.”

Staff seemed less helpful as a foreign visitor compared to other hotels and while the location was near west lake there was very little around the actual hotel, have been used to having convenience stores nearby when needed but had to walk half a mile for the closest one here.”

„Świetna lokalizacja i dobra obsługa ze strony personelu (zwłaszcza Xiao Sun), z możliwością porannego telefonu. Jednak ogólna atmosfera tego miejsca wydawała się dość niesamowita. Cały budynek jest bardzo stary, a oświetlenie na korytarzu było bardzo słabe, a nawet migotało, przez co panował chłód i dreszcz. Obie ściany naszego pokoju wydawały się skrzypiące. Chociaż pokój był posprzątany na podstawowym poziomie, głównym problemem, z jakim się spotkaliśmy, były pluskwy. Podczas pobytu zdarzyło nam się również kilka dziwnych i niepokojących incydentów: 1. Po zapukaniu i wejściu do pokoju, toaleta automatycznie się spłukiwała. 2. Mieliśmy tylko jedną kartę do pokoju. Przed wyjściem z pokoju wyjęliśmy kartę z gniazdka, ale o dziwo, klimatyzacja nadal działała, a ekran telewizora zrobił się niebieski, jakby był włączony (chociaż go nie włączyliśmy). Możliwe, że to skok napięcia, ale i tak dziwne. 3. Skończyłem korzystać z prysznica i upewniłem się, że nie kapie woda, zanim założyłem słuchawkę prysznica. Ale kiedy mój znajomy wszedł, woda lekko leciała. W chwili, gdy zapytał mnie o to i podszedłem do łazienki, woda automatycznie przestała płynąć. Ponieważ wróciliśmy do hotelu dość późno (około północy) i następnego ranka mieliśmy bardzo wczesny lot, byliśmy zbyt wyczerpani, aby poprosić o zmianę pokoju lub szczegółowo opisać problem. Nasza sugestia: Przed rezerwacją hotelu prosimy o dokładne zapoznanie się z autentycznymi opiniami. Nie wszystkie wysokie oceny odzwierciedlają rzeczywiste wrażenia, zwłaszcza jeśli wynikają z opinii samego hotelu.”

„The hotel is located at a convenience location. Near to malls, just that it has not picked up up drop off points that are directly outside of the hotel area. It’s a 1-2min walk to the sides for boarding and off boarding of vehicles. A short 2min walk, and cross the zebra crossing to Westlake. Perfect. Now, let’s talk about the room. I’ve booked the room based on the images portraying how huge the rooms are. Because I’ve a large family travelling together, I decided to get the bigger rooms. Room 1 is all new, neat and nice. Another is the total opposite of Room 1. The room is super unkept. There’s all sorts of wet patchs and moulds on the walls. The facilities in this room is all faulty. Curtains need to hand draw(with a little bit of strength, even though they gave the buttons to show that it’s electronic control). Fridge in the room hotter than the weather outside. Does not have the button functions like Room 1, to set “Do not disturb”, “clean up”, and door bells. The main door is faulty as well. You cant close the door properly without slamming the door shut hard enough for the whole level of people to know you are leaving your room. At night when you want to lock the door from inside, the loc is SPOILED. The backyard, is a super small garden, guess what was found in there.. burnt incense sticks. Not sure what it was for, but for religious purposes, it’s rather unsettling to see that. I feel the hotel can better managed by checking the rooms and their facilities during cleaning before allowing another guest to move in to stay. We paid more money for a comfortable stay, not to receive such conditions room. Reception staff is very apologetic, wanted to change the room for us, give us fruit plates, afternoon tea sets, but who travels to stay in the room for afternoon tea sets? I’m only here for 3 nights, offering us the change on the last night, I didn’t want to pack and unpack the all the stuff to shift room. So the offers they can give to rectify is not helpful at all. Overall, I think with the price I’m paying, I can choose other hotels with better facilities. I’m giving 5 stars, that’s because I don’t want the hotel to get fine, which was told to us upon check out.”

A Truly Refreshing Stay at Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) My recent stay at the Vienna International Hotel in Fuyang Changkou was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. As a frequent traveler, I have high expectations for comfort, service, and value, and this hotel exceeded them all. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant and distinctively European lobby. The check-in process was swift and seamless, handled by the incredibly polite and professional front desk staff. They greeted me with genuine warmth and were very helpful in answering my questions about the local area. My room was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The signature Vienna aesthetic, with its classic touches and soothing color palette, created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – the mattress and pillows provided perfect support, ensuring I had two nights of deep, restful sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of hot water. While I didn't have time to explore all the hotel facilities, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which is crucial for a business traveler. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible. What truly stood out, however, was the consistent high level of service. Every staff member I encountered, from the housekeeping team to the breakfast attendants, was courteous and attentive. In conclusion, my stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) was outstanding. Hangzhou Mi Qiu Ye Guesthouse to nasz najlepszy pobyt podczas podróży. Chociaż lokalizacja jest nieco oddalona od popularnych atrakcji, to jednak jest to ciche i spokojne miejsce, z dala od zgiełku i hałasu centrum miasta. Obsługa w pensjonacie była świetna i bardzo osobista. Gospodarze są przyjaźni i chętnie polecają miejsca do odwiedzenia lub jedzenia, jeśli okolica jest nieznana. Personel pensjonatu bardzo uprzejmie pomógł nam również w rezerwacji stolików w restauracjach, ponieważ nie mieliśmy lokalnego numeru telefonu, aby dokonać rezerwacji w aplikacji lub zadzwonić. W ramach pobytu oferujemy również bezpłatną sesję herbacianą, która niestety tym razem nie pasowała do naszego planu. Podsumowując, pensjonat jest zdecydowanie godny polecenia i na pewno wrócimy, aby zatrzymać się na dłużej w Hangzhou Mi Qiu Ye i w pełni doświadczyć tamtejszych miejsc i jedzenia.

The hotel is located on the quieter side the westlake in Hangzhou. The journey there was fine, but because the roads are narrow, it can be difficult for cars to stop for long. This means you need to be quite quick when getting in and out of a taxi, especially when loading or unloading your luggage. The hotel itself has a simple and understated look. It is not as picturesque as the photos might suggest, but the rooms are clean and well maintained. If you want a proper tea-field view, it is better to request a room on the second or third floor. Breakfast is also provided, and the aunty who prepares the morning meal is very kind. The service staff are helpful as well. Overall, the people in Hangzhou are friendly, and this homestay was more than sufficient for our needs.

Hotel location very close to Metro station (Fengqi Road, Line 1, direct train from Airport), 2 minutes (~100m) walk once you came out from train station. Close to attractions (15minute walk to West Lake, IN77, night market etc). Can find local street food around hotel.

I was greeted by a slightly unpleasant smell from the toilet but was not too bothered cos I could see that the hotel was aware of the drainage problem as it had placed a diffuser in the bathroom. Overall, I am pleased with the hotel’s service, especially with its free pick-up to and from the hotel. There was an osmanthus tree outside the lobby which gave off pleasant aroma. Breakfast was served from a little past 5 am to 9 pm. Considered good for the price we paid for the accommodation.

Booked 1 night due to flight transit to other city. Room is clean but location it’s not convenient, nearby don’t have other shop lots or restaurants. So we only can order food delivery for dinner. Distance to Hangzhou xiaoshan airport around 15min, hotel provided pick up /drop off service but need to book with front desk.

衞生：房間很乾凈的，房間也挺大的住起來，挺舒服的。 環境：龍翔橋周邊挺熱鬧，人很多，不知道是不是節日出遊原因，商場也很多。 其實我主要看中是地鐵S1號線很近就幾步路，酒店出發趕到火車東站就20分鐘左右。而且離西湖也很近，直接去西湖周邊一天遊也很方便。 服務：前台很熱情，待人接物挺不錯的，離店前還送了倆瓶礦泉水。 在樓層遇到酒店工作人員，人還跟你問聲好。 總體住起來很舒適，初七晚上住的，價格也不貴。 就是一點小建議， 衞浴門的方向最好不要向著床，就更好。

Expectations needs to be set before booking this hotel to be fully satisfied with the stay. Pros: staff is nice,polite and helpful. They offer upgrade for more smaller room booking and arranged us to be on the same floor. My mom room was upgraded to an a lot bigger room with washing machine in the room, she was happy to be able to wash her clothes. The location is the main star of this hotel. It's right at the center of attraction , walking distance to west lake , malls, restaurant, and night market. The bed was alrighty for me, it's more towards the harder type which im ok with but the pillow is a little too soft. View from my room window is pretty nice as well. They have tour staff there when we check in. It would be good for people that do not have plan in advance as their price is quite cheap. But do make sure u research all the places that is stated before agreeing on the package. We misunderstood that the package includes tour to tea village, but it's actually some kinda tea center where we wasted an hour ish listening to ppl talking about tea and selling tea to us. Cons: the hotel is hard to find as it's not actually a stand alone hotel building, more like a Airbnb style kinda hotel where a few hotels is in the same building. No card is needed to access the lift so, we do not feel as safe because anyone can just enter our room floor. They uses passcode for the hotel room instead of card which the password was send by the receptionist to the tour staff (not sure if he is the hotel staff or not) phone. We do not feel safe knowing someone else has our room password in their phone 😅 there is not lock inside the room, so we felt anxious about ppl might open our door and come in anytime. Room and overall building is not the cleanest even though they do come and clean daily as it's a pretty old building. So in conclusion, if you book this place for it's location, then hotel is perfect and the price is reasonable for the prime location. But if you prefer clean and security it might not be the best options.
