„Pros: *One of the few hotels during the Ice and Snow Festival that could fit a family of 4 and didn't cost an arm and a leg. *We liked the layout of the 2-room unit - great for kids. *Heated floors and the room was nice and toasty (almost too hot), so we kept the windows open from time to time. *Metro station for Line 2 is just a 6-minute walk and for 2¥ takes you directly to the Sun Island's Snow Sculpture Expo (1 station ride) or Ice and Snow World (2 station ride). Cons: *It is a smoking hotel, so you can smell it both in the hallways as well as the rooms. We aired it out, but still. *Cleanliness was so-so. One of the pillowcases was filthy. The staff exchanged it promptly. One of the towels had stains. The shower had hairballs in the corner. The dust under the desk had been there for a while... *No views to speak of, just the backyards of other apartment high-rises. And with open windows - cigarette smoke from guys smoking outside will carry in (and we were on the 8th floor!)... As we spent no time at the hotel other than sleep, it was alright. But I wouldn't book it if you want luxury, amenities or are sensitive to cigarette smoke.”

Just a short walk from Beima Road Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. This hotel is located near many of Harbin's attractions including CHINESE BAROQUE, The Middle East Railway Park (Jiangnan Section) and Daowai Baroque Museum. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Harbin hotel features parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
„Arrived late in the evening. Quick check-in process. The cleanliness of the room was okay, with daily towel replacement. There're a few local restaurants right outside the hotel, and supermarket within 5 mins walk distance. Easy to travel around Harbin, as the hotel located not very far from the major attractions. Temperature outside was -20, but it was always perfectly warm inside the room. Hot water with a good pressure. Overall very good choice.”

Фото номера соответствуют действительности. Все чисто и аккуратно. В отеле тихо, можно спокойно отдохнуть. Единственный недочет: предоставляются только мягкие тапочки, резиновых тапочек нет. Резинового коврика в душевой нет, а пол очень скользкий, из-за чего я поскользнулся и разбил глаз об торчащий угол полочки. За это снижаю баллы. Поскольку у нас был ранний вылет, завтрак предоставили в 04:30 утра. Завтрак азиатский по типу шведского стола. Трансфер в аэропорт отправился, как и запланировано, ровно в 5 утра. В целом, отелем и предоставленным сервисом остался доволен. Но рекомендую предоставлять хотя бы одну пару резиновых тапочек на номер, чтобы избежать подобных инцидентов в душевой.”

„True Go Hotel, Harbin – Comfortable and Thoughtfully Managed While the reception area felt a little cluttered, the rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, just about 200 metres from a food street, making it easy to find meals and explore the area. What really stood out was the service. The reception team was efficient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Even though the hotel is not large, they had a concierge who assisted us with purchasing attraction tickets and arranging transport to various places of interest. It was extremely cold during our stay, but the hotel really took care of guests. They provided free heat packs for those who were not fully prepared for the weather, which was a thoughtful touch. There was also free ice cream at the reception that guests could help themselves to — a small but delightful surprise. The room came with a humidifier, which made a big difference in the dry winter air. Thanks to the helpful staff, we were still able to visit places like Tiger Park and Volga Manor comfortably despite the freezing temperatures. Overall, a warm and well-managed hotel with thoughtful touches that made the stay much more comfortable. A great choice for anyone visiting Harbin, especially in winter.”

„I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Lan Mei at the front desk – she is absolutely top-tier in hotel service! I called beforehand asking for a non-smoking room, and even though it was late, I expected to wait for a callback. Instead, she picked up immediately, patiently confirmed my request, and even made a special note for ”priority on a quiet floor.” Within ten minutes of hanging up, she called back to say it was all sorted. Her efficiency and attentiveness really impressed me! Checking in was even more delightful. Ms. Lan Mei was not only fast but also proactively told me, ”The room Wi-Fi password is on the bedside table” and ”The elevator is just left out the door.” When I casually mentioned I was a bit thirsty, she immediately handed me a chilled bottle of mineral water – this isn't just service, it's like being cared for by a friend! The hotel itself is also beyond reproach: the facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed, the cleanliness is so good I wasn't afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet, the soundproofing is so effective I couldn't hear the next-door room closing its door, and even the hand soap in the room had a lovely citrus scent. Every detail was perfect!”

„The room was fantastic! We arrived super early, and the front desk guy, seeing there were no king rooms available, upgraded us to a family room. We were able to rest right away, which was really great! The room was spacious, clean, and even had a smart toilet. But the best part is definitely the location. The hotel is right outside Exit 2 of the metro, and buses like the 35 and 126 stop right in front, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Downstairs, there are breakfast spots, a small supermarket, and restaurants. Highly recommend!”

Location is great, near to the Harbin express train station. Room is comfy & the washing machines at level 2 is powerful! Managed to wash our clothes a few times. Overall a good experience, hence we extended our stay for another 2 nights after this.

When choosing a hotel, we paid attention to location and whether it was updated. This hotel was perfect in every way. The location is simply fabulous; we strolled along Arbat Street every day, both early in the day and in the evening. The hotel is clean, fresh, and beautiful! The beds in the room are very comfortable, including orthopedic pillows. The room amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Delicious coffee and tea were available in the lobby at any time! I'd especially like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness in resolving any issue! They responded very quickly to any request. We loved the breakfasts.

What a gem! The hotel is so close to Harbin Airport, which made our trip super convenient. The rooms are modern, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and a separate toilet area. We really appreciated the free airport shuttle, the courteous driver and staff, and even the elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—an affordable all-you-can-eat option for just 20 RMB. You can also order dumplings or wontons off the menu. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the countryside air was fresh, and there were restaurants just a short walk away. We liked it so much that we stayed here twice on our trip. Would definitely recommend it!

We stayed for two nights in August at this hotel and were impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent for its proximity to the airport, and we were grateful for the late-night airport pickup. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, patiently using translation apps to communicate with us. Our room was clean, fresh-smelling, beds were comfy and we loved the thoughtful touch of complimentary fruits. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the restaurant staff. We arrived for dinner around 9 pm (the restaurant is in a separate building, also used for breakfast), and although the place was empty and they appeared to be closing, they warmly welcomed us in. They were incredibly caring and accommodating. The food was delicious, portions were very generous, and the prices were very reasonable. The kindness and smiles of these ladies made a lasting impression. We are actually returning to the hotel tomorrow and are genuinely excited to see them again!

We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

Extremely satisfied with our stay! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Central Street and Metro Line 3, making it easy to get to the high-speed rail station and other places. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. They also offer afternoon tea, coffee, and lemon water – it was so refreshing to have a drink after coming back to the hotel. They even provide special slippers and toothbrushes for children. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit!

The location of the hotel is not bad. Almost every night, you will get to buy bing tang hulu downstairs and this truck shop that sells 手抓饼，烤冷面 and 关东煮, is really damn good! Getting to railway station, city and anywhere is convenient with didi, we even took it to snow World. As for the place itself, honestly, the lobby and check in area will throw you off because is quite run down and simple looking. But the room is beautiful, comfortable, huge and clean too. The staff is very helpful through WeChat and the staff that cleans the room, very kind and helpful too. They help to keep your taobao stuff too. Bed is comfy and the projector, a lot of advertisements for free contents, but can watch. However there is a few issue, when you shower, the water pressure gets irritatingly soft to regular and even till no water comes out and the water temperature will turn from hot to warm to cold to south pole within seconds and minutes. The toilet gets colder as compared to the rest of the room. The fridge isnt working as well. They only provide one time disposable towel and if you want it to be daily, tell them daily through Wechat. Water kettle is clean but boil it once as a thorough clean first before using. Despite these issues, I would still say is a good place to stay and would recommend it as the place definitely protected us from the cold haha. KFC and convenience stores are nearby as well. If not, just use alipay to order food, they will send to your room. Safety wise, I would say it is safe to stay. Singaporeans and Malaysians, if you are not too particular and okay with what was described above, go for it but do remember to go to Block E and not F because the driver might drop you one block before haha. Have fun in Harbin!

I recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right. Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!
