„初三入住五天四晚家庭房，房間很大很乾凈，衞生間門有點不太好不過熱水水量正好水温也合適，7層是家庭房，窗口看出去是和平廣場，窗户要是能擦擦就更好，看出去太糊了哈，然後前台小姐姐服務都很nice（｡•̀ᴗ-），雖然春節周邊很多店鋪都不營業，但營業的也不少，出行都很方便，打車也方便，TAXI打車不用擔心近距離會拒載。前台有泡的洛神花茶和菊花茶，一個清火一個補充維C，薄荷糖口味也不錯，棉簽酒精棉耳塞等前台都可以拿，家庭房隔音差點，淺睡眠朋友旺季可能會煩躁，所以可以塞耳塞哈。門口有停車場還有地下停車場，停車很方便，開車出門和前台小姐姐説下車牌後15分鐘內免費離場的。個人意見酒店斜對面的鮮燙牛肉粉很好吃，比隔壁的春回拉麪好吃，春回拉麪的麪太筋道，南方胃受不了哈。2026合肥又是春晚分會場，姥山島，中廟寺，開福寺，淮河路步行街，明教寺，駱崗公園，合柴，徽園，紫蓬山，三河古鎮，古逍遙津看燈，此次行程完美。祝大家新年快樂，馬年祥瑞✌️”

„Very satisfied with this stay! It is worthy of loving clean living in Hanting, the room is clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the quality of sleep is very good. „Old, tired part of town however there are two metro stations nearby plus an IKEA
Air conditioning is weak and takes hours to cool down a room. Internet was slow. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast at all. Staff seemed genuinely happy at their jobs. Coffee in the lobby was great. Bathrooms were fresh and I liked the variety of rooms while walking down the hall. If I stay in a Coffetel again I’ll try and grab one of the gaming rooms as they looked really cool and techy.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and I’d recommend it”

GGuest User2025I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I arrived around midnight, and the front desk attendant not only greeted me warmly but also offered free snacks and bottled water, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long trip.
They also arranged a special deal for my family—two days of breakfast for only $7, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.
The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It’s close to Sam’s Club and the Hefei south railway station, which made getting around easy.
Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including extra bottled water whenever we asked.
Highly recommend this hotel for the great service, friendly staff, and convenient location.

EEleonora Del BianchiThis was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

JJazzy MazzyLocation was perfect. there were so many food points. Super brand mall and European street was also on the walking distance. Room was clean. But reception staff was so annoying and irritating. It seems that ladies were not professional and not trained. They were so annoying. Even on the next day they asked for the passport again. One favour they gave was to provide milk and bread before 6:15 in the room. They have set dinner timings for a very short time and that's very unusual. I missed that. Usually dinner and breakfast timings are not very short in a good hotel. Overall my experience was so so. there was only one water bottle in the room and upon calling the reception, they didn't bother to receive. and yes they didn't knew how to deal a foreigner. They were unable to speak English.

GGośćStaying at a hotel that meets your expectations can truly cure fatigue! Blue Crystal Hotel is definitely worth a genuine recommendation! The front desk process for check-in was incredibly swift, and there was no need to wait throughout the entire process. The staff were also friendly and attentive. The rooms are fully equipped with smart technology; simply saying “Xiao Du, Xiao Du” can control household appliances, providing a sense of liberation from manual labor. The cleanliness is also top-notch; the housekeeping staff ensured the rooms were spotless, and the bedding was both clean and soft, making for a particularly reassuring stay.
The most crucial aspect is the excellent location. There are numerous snack shops downstairs, making it easy to handle meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without having to worry about finding a restaurant. The value for money is simply outstanding, making it the perfect choice for business trips. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

Jinjiang Metro polo hotel is absolutely clean and modern style. The hotel has definitely different service systems compared with other nice hotels. for example , the robot system brings to you some fantastic breakfast for free, also all employees treat guests so gentle , nice and making smile.

Las instalaciones son modernas y atractivas, lo que fue una grata sorpresa a nuestra llegada. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con que algunas de estas no funcionaban correctamente. El diseño del lugar es atractivo, pero eso no es suficiente si los servicios prometidos no se cumplen. El Servicio al cliente es, sin duda, el área que más requiere atención. Si bien el personal es amable, se nota que necesita más entrenamiento para manejar las necesidades de los huéspedes de manera eficiente. La falta de experiencia se tradujo en demoras y confusiones, especialmente en la gestión de nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Aunque es un servicio básico, la variedad y calidad de los alimentos eran bastante pobres. Esperábamos mucho más de un hotel de esta categoría.
A lo largo de nuestra estancia, las instalaciones estaban frías, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera incómoda. Un ambiente cálido es fundamental para disfrutar plenamente de lo que el hotel tiene para ofrecer. Uno de los principales atractivos que nos llevó a elegir este hotel fue la oferta de un servicio de barbacoa. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas y fue decepcionante.
Dado que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, solicitamos un upgrade que considerábamos justo para compensar algunas de las deficiencias de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos fue posible, aduciendo problemas de agua caliente, lo cual fue frustrante.
