„My parents and their elderly friends stayed here with me but they find the steps too hard to walk up with no safety handrail. They will not be staying here next time unless safety handrail can be installed especially with so many steps and if it is raining it can be slippery and very unsafe for young and old especially carrying heavy luggage. They will be looking to stay at Parco Hotel next time because there are no stairs.”

„Hotel parking very difficult to find as it was only partially opened in Oct 2024. I don’t like the bbq food store right outside the hotel entrance as it created a lot of smoke and make the hotel downgraded with a local food street right outside.
The hotel offer excellent breakfast, very healthy food, lots of steam buns and vegetables 👍🏻”

„Pros: Excellent location close to the railway station and a large shopping mall. The design is modern and impressive, with smart home features even in the bathroom.
Cons: Only one elevator working in a 22-story building led to long wait times. My non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke even I requested it while booking.
Overall: If the elevator and cleanliness issues are resolved, this would be a top-tier modern hotel.”

„The hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are a bit soft. The air conditioning is quite cool. Lighting brightens is choosing by us up to 0%、25% and 100%. The breakfast varieties are limited and is not worth for money. There are a big shopping arcade around the hotel plus lots of small restaurants and foots massage centres nearby. The counter services are excellent. The hotel receptionists are very helpful by providing every assistance whenever we asked and helping us to solve any problems. We like to stay in this hotel in our next visit.”

GGośćWe just had a very nice two-night stay here while visiting all the diaolou of the area. The location is excellent, about 2km from Zili and walking distance to Li Yuan. Other diaolou clusters are 10-20 mins away. The service was friendly and so helpful during our whole visit. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed beef noodles and tea eggs for breakfast the first day and then a simple buffet breakfast the second day of congee, sweet potatoes, noodles, corn. The room was really nice, very high tech and comfortable. The beds were a little hard for us. That was the only negative. We loved the outdoor space with lots of room to hang out during the day and evening. Overall, an excellent stay in Kaiping.

The breakfast is in a separate hotel next door, it’s quite basic and Chinese food only, but generally alright. The staff at the reception was friendly and would go out of their way to help with any questions. As for the location, it’s quite central with lots of food places around. Overall, a solid spot.

Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time.

Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

GGośćWe had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UesrI have been staying in this hotel for over 2 weeks. The room is large and the hotel is well managed. I chose a room that faces the quiet side (residential area) so it is peaceful. Breakfast is amazing with lots of delicious food, and the restaurant staff (all Cantonese) are extremely nice and hospitable. The reception staff during morning and afternoon shifts are very helpful, pleasant and professional. Housekeeping staff are all very nice and always cleans my room very properly. There is a convenience store connected to the hotel which is good.
The only downside is the communal areas are not very clean - the carpets in the corridors (especially near the lifts) are always dirty. They don't seem to vacuum clean the communal carpets regularly. Also, there is cigarette smell in the lift and communal area.

GGość這次自駕過江門玩，發現了一個寶藏温泉酒店，我們提前到的想寄存行李，前台管家給我們提前入住了，非常人性化 一進房間看到房間非常乾淨 而且客廳外的公共區域還有麻將可以打可惜了人不太夠，不然還可以在客廳打打麻將，酒店裡麪非常新 温泉水是真的，白天周邊風景很不錯，強烈推薦！下次過台山的話還是會選擇這裏
