„Staying at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the main street, food market, shops, bars, restaurants, and one of the many beautiful canals and scenic spots. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the service exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, with the concierge available at any time and always ready to help. They even went the extra mile by picking us up at the entrance gate and escorting us back to the taxi after check-out. Overall, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. „Finally, I stayed here on my own. I'd always booked for clients before, but this time, I brought a friend along to experience a river-view room in the heart of Xitang. It was worth the trip. We also saw the flower boats. There weren't many, only six, but they were perfect for the setting. Interlude: I asked the landlady to borrow two beautiful fire goblets, and then my friend dropped them on the floor. The first thing the landlady asked was if we had any scratches, and she didn't ask for compensation.”

„I rang the hotel the day before to ask for directions and they were very helpful with giving advice about getting discounted the entrance ticket for us as the hotel is located within the scenic area and the ticket is also valid for the 2 days we were there for. They also added me to a WeChat group with all their staff and everyone was extremely helpful in giving advice and recommendations. One thing was that the bathroom drain is a bit small and when I was washing my hair in the shower it got blocked by the hair (I have long hair that sheds a bit) and there was a bit of mini-flood happening in the shower, though that's more the design of the shower. Bonus: cats and bunny at the reception! Would definitely stay again if I'm visiting!”

„My short two days stay is the end, but feel reluctant to leave—really wish I could stay a little longer, This is the most wonderful Jiangnan water town I have ever visited—Xitan—natural,nostalgic, and peaceful.Everything here from food to accommodation, is incredibly convenient. The “Lao BanNiang” hostess is warm,attractive and thoughtful,making me feel the warmth of home even while traveling. In this fleeting journey of life,meeting kind and hardworking people is a true blessing and a stroke of fate. Xitang is beautiful because of its scenery, and genuine because of its people. I’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time.”

„Perfect location - just a few minutes walk away from the scenic area but far enough to have a great night sleep away from the noise. It was not the easiest to find, as trip.com location wasn't accurate, however we got picked up from one of the entrance gates and guided to the property. The facilities are simple but smoke free, clean and very comfortable. The courtyard within was lovely and peaceful. We felt welcome.”

„大廳有兩個半開放式的六到十人座位區可以使用，房間走道就像一望無際的藝術廊一樣，有洗衣機洗烘功能可以使用，可惜的是，沒有其他全季酒店一樣提供茶包-洗衣液-洗衣袋可以直接自取，但是可以打電話跟櫃臺要，房間有提供礦泉水，還有茶包及一顆大白兔軟糖，跟一顆牛軋糖，因為入住的是兩個人，不夠分就又打電話給房務部，請他再送上來，整體的空間及清潔度看起來不錯，但就是房價太高，你覺得這個房價應該不是在嘉善地區的房價，一個晚上360是網上定的價錢還沒包早餐，第三張圖是我走到對面的土菜館點的菜”

„Love Xitang because of this hotel. The balcony is directly beside the river with breathtaking views. The hotel has free hanfu costumes experience and we just paid a little extra for makeup and photographers to follow us around in the village. Love this hotel”

„房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，客棧很有特色，院子裏有亭子，有秋千，緊鄰河邊，景色宜人，二樓房間前面還有露台，可以家人坐在一起喝喝茶聊聊天吹個小風看看風景，很贊👍👍”

„家裡有人在第一人民醫院，臨時找個落腳的地方，維也納也算是老牌子了，但這家店真的給人一種年久失修的感覺。衞浴的門關不上，燈控開關要重重按兩下才有反應，窗户是壞的關不嚴，但這些都不是什麼大問題。但早餐真的忍不了，雞蛋有壞蛋，數量還少，7-9點的用餐時間，我們8點下去竟然沒有什麼可以吃，炒飯見底，飲料牌子對不上，衹有煎蛋的師傅在忙。就這種早餐竟然標價38一位，太離譜了。如果選這家住的話，住170一間的無窗無早餐的吧。”
