The receptionist, Zhou Yan, was very friendly and quickly processed my check-in. Ms. Yin from the guest service team was always responsive and helped me extend my stay. Although there was a slight hiccup, Manager Dai upgraded me to a suite, and the service was excellent—I was very satisfied! The young man who helped me with the room change, Wang Peng, was also very handsome. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-lit, with a large bathtub. I highly recommend it to my friends; it's a very cost-effective hotel."

"An excellent hotel! Even before we checked in, the front desk staff called us to ask about our room preferences and needs. They thoughtfully asked if we needed a local guide, which the hotel had prepared themselves and was very detailed. We drove from Shanghai, and the parking lot right at the hotel entrance was super convenient, plus it's free for guests. The room was incredibly clean, very new, and quiet—we had a fantastic rest. It truly lives up to its InterContinental brand. The in-room amenities were also very modern, giving the whole experience a luxurious feel. The breakfast had a great variety, and the buffet was delicious in terms of color, aroma, and taste! Highly recommend this place, it gets top marks!"

I fell in love with "Happy Oneself" at first glance, and traveling is all about making myself happy🤭 It was already close to 10:00 in the evening when I set off to Xitang after get off work. The boss was still waiting for us at the front desk, he was really reliable👍 The door of the B&B is not big, but there is something wonderful inside~ We booked a loft room type, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. Must come again in summer☝️ The room is very clean and tidy. The wooden bed background has a great design. I like it😘 Toiletries are not disposable inferior products They are all branded products and very user-friendly. When I woke up early in the morning, I saw the flowers and plants in the yard 🈵️ I feel so good, hurry up and take a photo📱 Come here this time, most of the good mood is from "Yueji"✌️"

"It looks like a new hotel. I checked in. There are only three floors in total, and the second floor is like a maze. There are no signposts. It takes me three minutes to find the elevator every time. The kettle next to the breakfast porridge is full of scale, which is very disgusting. The four side dishes for next week all tasted bad. The stainless steel basin for soy sauce looked like it had not been washed for a long time, and there was a layer of soy sauce dried on it. When I entered the room, the window was open, and the barbecue smell from downstairs drifted into the room. I closed the window and turned on the air conditioner for a long time before it came out. There was excrement and grease on the toilet from the previous guest. The cups in my room were not placed neatly, and the cups were on top of the tissue box. The glass on the sink was also full of scale, which was really disgusting. I didn't want to give a bad review, but I waited for a day and didn't give me any feedback."
