„Hotel is rather near to the Jilin train station. Exit via the west entrance. It is a 5-8mins walk away. However, for families with baggage, a Didi/taxi ride is just 6-7 yuan away. Rooms are modern. Lots of eateries nearby. Also found out there were plenty of malls selling specialist winter gear nearby. Huilong shopping mall level 3/4 for the jackets. Da Fu Hao mall a short 3-4 mins walk from there for the winter shoes. Another mall for the skiing attire. Can consider getting your winter stuff here before going to your onwards winter holiday at Changbaishan or Haerbin.”

„Good hotel if you are visiting Jilin for a holiday, as it is well-located for getting to Beishan Park and the Songhua River, just a five minute walk either way. However, it’s about a 15 minute drive from the station / city centre. Just be aware that the address on Trip.com emails seems to confuse taxi drivers, so you can tell them that it’s next to the Jilin Mosque instead.  Rooms are small, but clean and functional. Service is good and the staff are helpful. The breakfast is tasty, although the coffee machine can only make one kind of coffee. Overall, very reasonable for the price.”

However, if you like quietness and don't want to be disturbed by the noise outside, remember to tell the front desk in advance and ask them to arrange a room that is not facing the road, so that you can enjoy a more peaceful stay. Judging from the facilities, this hotel seems to have been opened for two or three years, but every corner is very clean. „Super good location. The Ski entrance just infront of the apartment. A lot of eatery shops nearby . i think if the owner can provide two ventilation fans on upstair two rooms that will be great as no ventilation on that rooms . All need to depend on ground floor’s window. The rest of the other things are good. We still will come back again for this good location.”

„帶老媽出去玩路過吉林，對比了很多家，最終選擇這家，酒店有自己的停車場，停車非常方便，因為怕吵，工作人員貼心的給安排了比較安靜的房間，剛到的時候沒有找到停車場，打電話聯繫酒店前台，小哥哥親自帶路去找到了停車場，還貼心的給我帶到離進門很近的地方且還幫忙拿行李，老闆看見這條評價一定給小哥哥加雞腿吖🍗，還有前台的小姐姐服務態度很好，看出來我很喜歡她家的禪茶香味兒，還貼心的送了一個小瓶子的香薰噴霧，一位短髮的小姐姐吖～我不知道姓名，老闆要是看到了這條評價，一定給小姐姐加雞腿噢🍗環境衞生都很乾凈，床和枕頭也很舒適，早餐也很OK的，總體講體驗感還是很不錯的，本來想給五星⭐最後給了四星，是希望酒店可以越做越好！”

„Staff were very good and helped me arrange private vehicle to Songhua resort. Advertised as non-smoking but room still smelled of cigarettes. Ashtray in room. This was the most negative part of the stay. Shower has great water pressure but the drain was very slow so you had to be careful water did not overflow outside of the shower. We don’t stay long enough to confirm if the location was a good one but there were restaurants open during the day close by on the same street. If you’re a smoker, then you may like the hotel more than we did.”

We booked 2 villas, the 4 and 3-bedroom units. We had a great time at Beidahu, super friendly people that work there and very helpful. The on demand shuttle was great! Everything was done by the team, restaurant bookings, gear rental, ski pass bookings! We are extremely grateful towards them Highly recommend this villa if you’re coming for a ski / snowboard trip.

The location is strategic, right in the busting area of Fortune Plaza. The price is affordable too. The room was clean and tidy and bedding was comfortable. The hotel facilities are new and comprehensive. No restaurant in the hotel, so no breakfast provided. The service attitude of the front desk staff was good.

公寓環境很好，很安靜，晚上可以好好休息，床品也很舒服，熱水壺微波爐都很方便，衞生也很好👍關於馬桶和熱水器的使用提示也很清晰 管家服務更是貼心，出發之前已經提前聯繫，提示有哪些設施和物品，哪些建議自己帶，很到位👍入住之後每天也會詢問是否有其他需要，真的是好管家，因為臨時增加了個搭子，管家還幫我調整了房間，超級感謝🙏 雪具在小鎮有雪具店提供地方存放，每天不用提來提去，簡直滑雪愛好者最貼心服務了😃度假區有接駁車，打電話聯繫就行，不過我喜歡溜達，別墅區很安全 樓下有小超市，早餐店，還可以叫外賣，超級便利 在機場租車開過來也👌，樓下有停車位，現在天氣冷都是粉雪，車上的雪稍微清理一下就搞定了 總之性價比拉滿，下次再來松花湖還選你家

The name hotel is a little bit misleading as the accommodation is in small apartments and breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs in the village. Anyhow, the arrangement is good and fair priced. Very convenient set-up and great mattress in the bedroom! Just the kitchen equipment is too lean😅

確實是很好的一次體驗，我是去松花湖滑雪，住在這個酒店的，這家酒店提供定點定時的雪場接送服務，還是很好的，裝修也很新，房間大。 服務：前台的服務非常好，響應效率很高，問有沒有牙線，立刻就能給出答案，“有，派機器人給您送上來”，之前還沒到店裡的時候打電話跟前台諮詢入住相關的問題，前台也給了很清晰明瞭的回覆，不遜色於北京上海一些連鎖酒店的前台素質。 保潔的服務也很好，房間裏的清潔很到位，而且備品更換及時充分。 接送雪場的班車司機性格都很好。 唯一小小的一點點改善空間就是餐廳收餐券的大姐，住了兩天吃了兩頓早飯，聽到餐廳大姐質疑一位女客人點兩碗打滷麪能不能吃了，女客人説能吃了，她還要再説兩句（之前有別的客人點了沒吃了，浪費了），其實沒必要教育住客的，雖然大姐年齡在那裡，但是語氣和善些，表情笑容多些總比橫眉冷對的要好，畢竟住客年紀再小也不是大姐家裡孩子。 總體來説是非常愉快的一次體驗

下次也要住這裏！服務很周到，環境很舒適！ 房間很好，乾淨整潔，空間舒適，跟朋友住的雙床房也夠寬敞，住了一週很舒服。收拾房間的工作人員很細心，撿到了我的一衹耳機，我都沒發現掉了。 早餐選擇不算多，但味道可以，收費合理，工作人員都很親切友善。 前台的經理也非常細心有禮，而且能設身處地為顧客考慮和服務，很有安全意識，也有提醒顧客，非常盡責！有要求都儘量滿足，十分滿意了👍🏻

Great stay for ski holiday in songhuahu, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel vibes is chill and relax, they provide free pick up and sent us to solomon lobby everyday. The airport bus stop right Infront of the hotel building. Many nearby restaurant with walking distance. The bar at 2nd floor is pretty, the band sing every night. I love the room, it is big and clean. They give all amenities, include toilet bowl cover. The did room cleaning every day and change towel. I would love to come back again. You could get discount to rent ski gear with them, the turtle and helmet is the best price.

價格———國慶期間價格相比其他動輒翻好幾倍的，全季這家店價格相對來説在國慶期間不算貴。 位置——雖然是火車站店，從火車站過來打車10分鐘左右，但是走過來的話，距離也不算近，帶行李箱長者小孩的推薦打車，不要步行前往。不過出租車司機會提醒距離很近，需要7塊。如果步行，最好在十字路口提前到酒店那邊的路上，酒店旁邊的路口有，車都開的很快，要擇時機過去，有點緊張。 衞生——房間很乾凈，每一個角落都很乾凈，住進去都心情愉悦。 設施——有茶具，茶几，沙發，洗漱用品一應俱全，洗漱，洗手間，洗浴分為三個區，互相不耽誤，這點比較好。而且洗漱台很亮，方便化粧。 服務——前台的小夥服務態度特別好，中秋節送了小朋友小夜燈，還貼心的告知小夜燈打開後會一直亮着，可以選擇把抽出來的小紙片留着。還送了每人一箇中秋主題的鑰匙扣，讓我們中秋節在異地的遊人也感受到了中秋的快樂。 對了，洗手液好好聞～

The only hotel in Jiaohe that will accept foreign guests. Lady on the phone when I called to check was very abrupt. Think I had to submit my passport 2-3 times and a follow up check on the room shortly after check in. As a hotel though it's not bad, clean and modern enough and warm. Breakfast was included and not too bad. A good selection of offerings.
