五一全家出遊煙台，先到龍口轉一圈，決定住在這個不大的小城市，這家酒店位置方便，離最近的海邊1.5km，是港口的那種樣子的海邊。房間寬敞又整潔，床超大，特意選的2米大床的房間哈哈。雖然給我們安排在了臨街的房間，但是晚上關窗後基本聽不到外面的聲音，床品軟乎乎的很舒服，玩累了倒頭就睡到大天亮💤！前台小姐姐説話很温柔，有需要幫忙的地方都及時解決，早餐種類豐富，而且都挺好吃的！中西式都有，美美飽餐之後開啟元氣滿滿的一天🥳離店的時候還有伴手禮龍口粉絲哈哈，很可心了！推薦給大家～！😘

在網上找了好幾個酒店，最後選了這家帶湯泉休閑的酒店，在網上就覺得性價比真的挺高，來了果不其然，贈送的早餐、夜宵，吃的特別滿意，房間和餐廳、湯泉的衞生非常非常的乾淨，走到那裡服務員都熱情周到，外面停車場很方便停車，而且有充電樁，我拿着贈送的浴資門票去泡了個大澡，池子裏的水乾淨的像酒一樣清沏，去汗蒸區蒸的渾身很解乏，又去電影院看電影到半夜，咱説住了個房間亨受了這麼多休閑服務，真的是太值了！我走南闖北的住了那麼多大大小小的酒店，這個酒店真的是很有特色，是環境和服務讓我超滿意的一個酒店，也因為感動服務員的細緻服務，所以我特別真心推薦這個酒店！

這次不得不説，維也納房間超級乾淨，前台6號小姐姐員工服務態度很好，沐浴露也好用，停車場也很大，前台服務真是沒的説，很熱情，環境感覺很乾凈，小姐姐人特別好，強烈推薦！酒店對面龍物志文創咖啡超級近，很適合旅遊帶紀念品和打卡，味道很好，很方便！推薦！！！

4.25三樓的保潔員服務態度很差，當天入住就發現床品有黃色污漬，叫來説換，以及幫忙添加一套洗漱品，卻被告知説是雙人房而已，態度很差的給了，居住了兩天地板上上一個住户殘留的水漬依舊沒有清理，還有一天床上有衹蟲子 前台服務態度還行，會主動打招呼，給水也是，前台的青團餡挺多 客房裝修還行，廁所設施可以達到四星標準，但床品一般，隔音也是差

去龍口辦事，順便到南山風景旅遊區逛逛，酒店距離景區很近，地理位置不錯，酒店設施是中規中矩的星級標準化，設施有待升級！但不影響住宿，房間陽台可以看到湖景，早晨起來還可以看到日出！服務方面，不過無論是前台還是房間的服務員服務很到位！還可以幫着訂景區門票，並確定景區活動相關事宜，很暖心！退房時服務員袁俊英小姐姐還拿來兩瓶水讓路上喝，很貼心，謝謝你們的服務！有機會再去南山還住這裏！酒店照片忘了拍，發兩張南山旅遊景區的照片吧！

Price-performance ratio was okay. As a foreigner, I didn't like the breakfast that much (but I’m picky). It could have been a bit cleaner but I only paid €20 a night. The service was good. As a non-smoker, make sure you stay in a non-smoking room.
