The hotel is one of the oldest hotel in dubai, but it has been refurbished and is now modern. We had a seminar at this hotel and it was convenient. The breakfast was ok. The gym is small but sufficient. Nice scenery from the hotel room. Overall a good stay.

Thank you so much to all the staff in Double Tree you made my family holiday an amazing experience.Your service is spot on. I have travelled and stayed in hotels around the world but I never met staff who showed so much willingness to make customers enjoy their stay. Our apartment was spacious and kept clean all the time, for breakfast we were spoiled for choice and thanks to an amazing “certified waitographer who helped is with a family photo every morning, its a pity I cant remember her name but if she sees the attached photo she will remember us. The ever smiling Jenny at reception welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. Thanks to all the team, in the dinning room your job is difficult but you all kept wonderful smiles. The concierge team you guys were brilliant thank you all.I hope to meet some of you on my next visit. From a very satisfied customer

When i arrived at the reception I was quickly greeted and checked in. The staff were very friendly znd gave me information to my questions. Anoop was very helpful in getting me transportation. At the Grandstand Celso and Jane was very friendly in providing service. At the Pastry shop, Nurjan was always with a smile and came quickly to assist. The most facinating part was that Celso will pour my favirite drink as soon as i came in. This is all about knowing your customers. This was My first trip and i have wondeful memories at your hotel. I commend the management in hiring great talent. Thank you PS If there was 10 stars, they all deserve it

Perfect location with view of the Dubai Creek..located about 10 minutes walk from the Union Metro Station..The room is impeccably clean and the bed and pillow is sooo fluffy..We stayed for 3 nights there and the reception we had from the staff is nothing short of kindness and professional..All the staff are really well trained and go beyond their scope of duty..from the hotel receptionist, kitchen staff and even their manager they give their all to serve the customer..One of the best if not the best hotel experience I ever had..not even my fellow countrymen served me that well😅..The breakfast for me is adequate..not that fancy but enough to fill our tummy..All in all we enjoyed our time thoroughly stayed at this hotel

Stay was fantastic. Ebrahim from Egypt at check-in gave me an early check-in with an upgrade to the apartment size - bigger room, with a full kitchen and full amenities like washing machine, stove, microwave, etc - basically home away from home. Food was fantastic. Tour desk Roweida was exceptional and valet parking service was awesome 😎 well done Hyatt. Ebrahim also connected me to the loyalty program - great all round experience and service - you even get discount at the ice rink

Hotel location and service are very good, but the facilities, health and breakfast are very general. When booking, Chinese is written in two beds, but there are discrepancies with English. Because there are two colleagues living, there is no way to add AED400 to a suite. Fortunately, the hotel gave a room with two beds on the second day, otherwise it would cost a lot, and the overall feeling was not too satisfactory.

Highly recommended. A small but old hotel ・Excellent location. ・It faces the canal and the scenery is wonderful. You can watch the sunset on the beautiful canals that come and go in Abra. You can also see the Burj Khalifa in the distance. ・You can catch a glimpse of the life of ordinary people in the Dira area. ・Excellent comfort. Just the right specs. Best bed. ・There are many Chinese restaurants around, all of which are delicious. ・Everyone including the Japanese staff is very kind. ・Japanese food for breakfast ・A very reasonable price in Dubai with all these conditions. The Japanese staff were very kind and enthusiastic in their advice, and since it was actually my first time in Dubai, it was reassuring to be able to talk to them a lot.　 They were very helpful in arranging an airport transfer at a reasonable price. There are a lot of stupid expensive hotels in Dubai, but I feel like here is the only choice for comfort. At least for the first time Dubai, I think there is no doubt that this is the place. I would like to use Coco again when I visit Dubai again. *The photo of the room is after early check-in (paid) and a good night's sleep.

The location was situated within walking distance of the metro, so that was appreciated. It was in a nice area that did not feel touristy at all, but still with lots of solid restaurant and cafe options. The service was fantastic and everyone was quite friendly. I arrived very early in the morning and while they did not have my room ready (which is totally understandable), they provided me with some tea and breakfast while I waited for the room to be serviced. The front desk receptionist also provided me with a public transportation card as well! Overall it was an excellent experience and a great value if you are looking to stay for somewhere a bit cheaper in Dubai.

Location is very good, Near the Metro. You will get all the Good Restaurant around. Room is very clean, Locker & TV available (WiFi is slow). And you will get a nice veiw from room. *I'm not suggesting this hotel for Couple & Family. They have Bar & Dance club at Ground floor. From 12pm, they started making noice and some slutty girls stand in front of Bar. It can make you Disturbing if you have family with you.

Its a 2 star hotel with good staff and kitchen facilities. We booked 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms are dirty and smelly. Many equipments are broken such as fridge, shower. The breakfast is very limited with just 4-5 options. The whole ambience look very outdated and need refurbishment. The swimming pool is always out of order. The good points are reception and clock room staff are very good. Samita and Jagdish are very helpful. Overall most of the staff is always ready to help the customers. But the management really need to improve the condition of the rooms and the breakfast. The main advantage of this hotel/apartments is it has kitchen facilities which is useful if you want to prepare your own food. The location is very good. There are many restaurants nearyby which is open 24 hours. The metro station is just 5 min walk.
