„The hotel was very good and staff friendly but in the last day we needed to go to Mainland through Zhuhai train station and we asked them to help us with taxi but was very crowded and in the end suggested us to take a publicbus but the instructions were not very clear and we almost lost the train. We waited a lot at the bus stop very crowded. We preferred that they suggest other options like free shuttle bus from casinos that they will bring you to the train station”

„The room itself was good - large, comfy bed and good shower. Location is great for Taipa and if you don’t mind walking for 15 mins it’s fine for the LRT and casino strip. Plenty of buses nearby. Many shops and restaurants. A few things to improve: the doors really would benefit from quiet closing mechanisms as they slam hard. I kept finding long hairs in the bathroom (probably the cleaner). But worst was at preliminary check in the guy was coughing constantly, all over everything and of course touching everything. I was reluctant to take my passport back!!! Later in the day I saw he did have a mask. I suspect a supervisor coming on shift told him to. A bit of training/reminders for staff would be good. Anyway, I would stay here again. By the way, it is also near a lift up to the Taipa National Park which is perfect for some morning exercise.”

„The hotel and room were clean overall, though the facilities look a bit dated. Location wise was convenient and near to bus stops and public transport. Also a short walk from MGM and Wynn casinos. Service was good and helpful, staff were willing to answer questions and many could speak English which was very helpful. Only shortcoming is amenities wise, a bit dissatisfied that only one small bottle each of soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, which was a bit insufficient for 2 guests. Feel that the hotel ought to be more generous and provide a dispenser to allow guests to use these products freely, or at the very least 2 bottles of each, especially knowing during online booking that there are 2 guests staying at the hotel.”

Ppb_9We had a great stay at House of Art Macau. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven just a short walk away, which was very convenient.
The hotel is also close to the airport, and transportation was easy; there are buses that run directly between the airport and the hotel, making arrival and departure easy. The amenities provided were nice and full-sized, which I really appreciated, and the surrounding area felt very safe throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Macau and I would definitely stay here again.

The room is big enough and clean.
I was on the 5th floor, and I had direct access on the Terrasse.
The Staff is Very nice and helpul.

Obsługa: Recepcja zajmuje się odprawą szybko. W Makau zameldowanie odbywa się po godzinie 15. Będziesz musiał poczekać. Jest 10 kolejek do odprawy i obsługują ją trzy osoby. Jednak zamówienie, które złożyłem tymczasowo, nie zostało znalezione. Czekałem 20 minut, a następnie sprawdziłem. Zaczynamy, czuję się z tym bardziej nieswojo.
Higiena: Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jest przeciętnie. Ponieważ jest ekologicznie i energooszczędnie, rzeczy gości nie zostaną wymienione, jeśli nie będą mogli.

GGośćPokój był bardzo czysty, ale podejrzewam, że unosił się w nim silny zapach po poprzednim lokatorze. Łóżko i poduszki mocno pachniały; musiałam kupić perfumy. Pościel była jednak czysta. Kiedy mieszkałam w Wanlong, apartamenty były wyposażone w ekspres do kawy, ale teraz go nie ma. Wszystkie inne udogodnienia wydawały się mniej wartościowe.

AAnonimowy użytkownikZarezerwowałem pokój na 2 noce, a pani w recepcji była bardzo miła i entuzjastyczna. Z tyłu toalety znajdują się kosmyki włosów. Wszystkie powyższe oznaki świadczą o przeciętnej higienie. Wi-Fi w pokoju jest bardzo słabe. Nie mogę się z nim połączyć, leżąc na łóżku. Muszę korzystać z roamingu Wi-Fi w telefonie komórkowym. Nie wiem, czy to dlatego, że pokój, w którym mieszkałem, jest na boku, ale wrażenia są naprawdę przeciętne.
