Before commenting, considering not to bring too much personal emotions, I decided to stay again two months after leaving the hotel. Facilities: The hotel facilities are remarkable, but don't compare them with the requirements of first-tier cities. I personally feel that they are still okay. Hygiene: Very clean, the aunt who cleans the room is friendly, thumbs up! Environment: Downtown area, convenient. Yong'an is where I was born. It can be said that I left my hometown, took root, and returned to my hometown. The surrounding environment is also friendly. Service: The service of the hotel's housekeeping department is great. I like all the room service including the front desk staff👍 The most ”exciting” part is here, and the key point is: it is not recommended to dine in the restaurant on the 2nd/3rd floor of the hotel. The service attitude of the catering department is really bad (note⚠️ I mean the dinner restaurant catering. The aunts who provide breakfast and cook flat meat rice noodles and noodles are super enthusiastic)! The story started when the hotel front desk informed that the restaurant was full that night (during the Spring Festival), but you can go to the restaurant to order dishes and have them delivered to the room. The waiter took us to the director of the catering department to order food. The director's reaction to the guests was to sit in his office chair and say, ”I'm busy and don't have time” (she can't even stand up in front of the guests, and can't do the most basic etiquette. How did she become this director? A relative?!) We didn't care much, and the waiter could only go to their manager. The manager gave us a menu. After looking at the menu, I found it a bit difficult (personal taste is used to authentic Cantonese cuisine, after seeing the mixed dishes on the pad). After the manager of the catering department heard me and my father say something, she suggested that if we feel that it is not suitable, we can go to the restaurant on the corner of the first floor. We immediately asked if the restaurant downstairs was of the same level of food, and the answer we got was: ”It's almost the same, our employees eat there.” But when we got downstairs, we were dumbfounded 🙄 a dimly lit small stall with worrying hygiene conditions. I really can't understand that a so-called four-star hotel catering manager still has such a poor understanding of customer needs when repeatedly asking guests to confirm whether the food is of the same level. We can only go back to the restaurant again and ask if we can introduce a nearby restaurant of the same level. The attitude of the waiter in the catering department was cold and impatient: ”Everywhere is full now, there are no seats, such as the old Yong'an in the street, Xi Xiangfeng, which are of the same level, but there should be no seats.” At that time, I was really angry. I thought, how could a four-star hotel have such a poor service in the catering department, especially during the Chinese New Year. The family had not been back to Yong'an for more than ten years. They went back happily to visit their relatives, but encountered such a bad thing. Afterwards, we also reported this situation to the hotel front desk, and the director of the housekeeping department also apologized to us (again, this matter has nothing to do with the housekeeping department), and proposed to send yogurt as compensation (I don't know if there is a tradition in domestic hotels to send yogurt to settle the matter, but we strongly refused), sister, I really don't need it. As guests, we are more inclined to believe that if this kind of catering service is not improved, it is equivalent to directly smashing the hotel's signboard, and a good housekeeping department will be implicated. Finally, we went to ”Xin Xiangfeng” for dinner. There is no harm without comparison. The catering service is enthusiastic and the dishes are well cooked. Next time I go to Yong'an, I will probably consider other four-star or above hotels. But I still want to say sincerely that apart from the issue with the food and beverage department, the entire stay experience was still good, and I would like to thank the housekeeping department and the front desk staff in particular. The room was excellent—very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was clearly separated into wet and dry areas, and the overall space was spacious and comfortable. The bed was soft and just the right level of firmness for a good night’s sleep. The location is convenient, and there is parking available not far from the accommodation 房间非常好，十分干净整洁。卫生间干湿分区明确，空间宽敞舒适。床铺软硬适中，睡起来很舒服。地理位置很好，而且附近就有停车位，距离住宿不远，非常方便。

沒有拍照片，不過房間和宣傳圖上一樣，是一邊突出的奇異房型。房間大，設施齊全，那個靠椅非常舒服，燈光明亮可以看書。各方面都很滿意老實説有點驚訝

We loved everything about the hotel. The owners, we are pretty sure that they are sisters, are so friendly, helpful, and attentive to customers' needs. The room was spacious and beautiful, with all modern amenities. Breakfast was something we looked forward to every day. The food was freshly prepared and healthy. We cannot recommend highly enough this property.

Overall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it. Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere. Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.

離萬達廣場很近出門就是馬路，過了馬路就是萬達，步行大約2分鐘。距離籃球館有點兒遠大概1.3km，走路的話大概10分鐘多點兒。衞生還可以，整體挺乾淨的，偶爾床單會有污漬。裝修風格還有環境都非常好，設施也很齊全，就是我那個房間的淋浴頭有點壞，基本沒辦法固定，已經鬆了，其他方面都還不錯，性價比挺高

每次回寧化老家，首選都是天鵝國際大酒店。位置方便，離家近，停車也方便。房間乾淨舒服，床睡得踏實，像回家一樣安心。前台和服務員都很熱情，態度温和，讓人覺得很親切。早餐種類多，還有家鄉味道，吃得很滿足。整體環境安靜又體面，探親住這裏真的太合適了，五星推薦！

Absolutely fantastic choice for Taining. Centrally located and a much more personable than nearby larger hotels. Rooms are great and well-appointed. Be sure and book the king bed scenic river view room!!!! Staff are excellent and make you feel at home.
