„The location is good because it is not far from the expressway, and there are both slow and fast EV charges available at the hotel, the check-in process was not as smooth as other hotels as per my experience, they did not add the Wechat in advance which led to slower communication. The amenities were not good because we booked a room for three, but they only included items for two people, even after requesting for extra drinking water, we only got two more bottles, the washroom was not completely clean because we found strands of hair and the drain was not completely unclogged, it is still value for money based on the price I paid.”

„We arrived the hotel very late at night but there’re still people to accommodate us. Hotel is very soothing and minimalistic yet everything is provided. We had a good rest here after a long trip. Good and relaxing. In the morning when we need to take a taxi to town, we had problem with the payment via alipay. Hotel staff was very kind to pay for us first and we reimburse later. Surprised in how much they trust us but we did pay them back after we arrived the place. 🙏🙏”

So here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

Przyjechaliśmy z Kazachstanu i przybyliśmy wcześnie rano, ale moglibyśmy wejść wcześniej. Mogliśmy nawet śniadanie w dniu, w którym przyjechaliśmy, a oni dali nam śniadanie w dniu, w którym wyjechaliśmy, ponieważ wyjechaliśmy bardzo wcześnie rano. Pomogli nam również z taksówką do muzeum i niektóre aplikacje, które musimy używać w Chinach. Pokój był również miły z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami i ładnym prysznicem. Dziękuję za bardzo miły pobyt i ciepłe witanie w Chinach! :)

The hotel's shuttle service was fantastic. The driver helped with luggage both ways, which was perfect for my late-night arrival. The room facilities were generally good, but the showerhead in my room last night was leaking from both ends. It was too late to contact the front desk, though. Breakfast was served from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, offering all the essentials and tasting delicious. I stayed here for one night as a layover after arriving late for a skiing trip, and overall, it's good value for money. The free airport shuttle service to Tianshan International Airport was excellent; the car was new and very clean, and they helped carry my luggage to the hotel.

Pokój jest duży, a pokój jest bardzo nowy, cichy, czysty, pokój dwułóżkowy, który został zarezerwowany, pokój rodzinny, pokój jest bardzo duży, w łazience jest kanapa z prysznicem, a kanapa jest łazienką. W lustrze jest światło, które jest wygodne do makijażu, gorąca woda w prysznicu, wystarczająco duża, gorąca, szczególnie zimna, ma pan buty, wentylator, inteligentny, mądry, akumulator, mini lodówka. Serwis: piękna na przedpokoju, piękna, bardzo przyjazna, obsługa rezerwacji, śniadanie buffetowe jest bardzo bogate. Bardzo przystosowane do podróży służbowych i podróży wakacyjnych. W windzie jest bezpieczne od karty do góry i do dołu, a roboty są również urocze.

This hotel was a perfect stay in every aspect for me as a solo female international traveller. 1. It does accepts international traveller. Kudos to trip.com in helping me to ensure it does accepts foreigner by contacting them (as I came across hoteliers posted untruthful infos which trip.com “ban” them after, when my bookings has to be cancelled) 2. It has airport pickup service 24/7! which made a first timer to XJ feel safe when arrive at 1+am! 3. Reception was helpful and communication between staff/ shifts are smooth. a) Staff directed me to the next door petrol station when I asked if there’s convenient store to buy some water and food. b) Petrol station guard was kind enough to open the gate for me and the convenient store cashier was patient enough to wait for me to choose my necessity. c) Night shift staff did made effort in ensuring my message was passed to morning shift that I needed to extend 1 more day stay and asked them to assist me in that coz online showed fully booked for next day. 4. Hotel was newly built. Room was spanking clean neat and tidy. Soft bedding and duvet, water pressure was nice and free TV channel! 5. Late checkout till 14:00!

精挑細選後選擇了這家酒店🏨地理位置便利，靠着車站，來新疆開發區這邊第一家入住的酒店🏨酒店設施齊全，而且非常的高科技智能化，各個部分能智能的地方都可以使用，感覺很有趣。服務也算比較周到貼心，前台小姐姐們工作人員都很熱情很好看還有耐心，還被誇了嘿嘿😁環境不錯，衞生也比較乾淨，價錢再便宜一些就更好了。來到新疆感覺是一次愉快的入住體驗，大堂客廳還有入座的空間，可以休息，也算是新開的店，必須好評！！！

Staff attitude ranges from good to rude and very bad. Hotel is so very eager to get rid of dwellers, even though its more than 1 hour from check out time. Housekeeper kept knocking and asking who’s inside even though I had replied I’m inside. Even tried to open the door. Luckily, I latched it. After, I came out of the toilet to open the door, she asked whether I just checked in.   I told her I had extended another day and showed her my booking. She said she couldn’t read. No apologies. Even the male reception staff, when asking him questions, he didn’t even bother to answer or look at me, as if I am invisible. Was deceived into thinking there’s a glass partition, separating the bowl and shower area. After washing all my-clothes  found out there’s no drier and outdoor space to dry clothes. So I could not cancel my booking. Pro is location near railway station.

Location: 1 2 km walking distance to the international grand bazaar and the Erdiqiao metro station. But there are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. You can also take the public bus no. 63 to get to the bazaar for 1 Yuan. Amenities: There is a laundry room on level 3 with free detergent but no dryer. If the room is closed, ask help from housekeeping. They dont provide tea bags in room which is weird for China. And no free disposable shaving blade nor tissue except for toilet rolls. Service: this hotel is always full of wedding functions and many guests from other Central Asian countries. The reception is under-maned. So, they will keep your passports for registration which is not correct practice. We insisted that they took photos of our documents instead of keeping them. No other hotel in Xinjiang practices keeping passports, only this hotel. Other points: there is a police station in front. A convenience store and small supermarket right near the entrance. This hotel has 4 floors.
