Great place to stay in Urumqi. Towering high above the city skyline, you have an amazing view all the way up to the breathtaking mountain ranges surrounding Urumqi. Although have quite a bit of legacy, the rooms and facilities are still charming, clean and tidy. Service was excellent and super friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

The smell of cigarette smoke lingers in the room I live in. It's cold even if I open the window. It's clearly marked as a non-smoking room, but there are always some unqualified people smoking in the room. The heating suddenly went out in the middle of the night. But it was past two o'clock at that time. When I called the front desk, they answered the call in seconds. The security guard downstairs immediately came to take a look. He then went down to help me deflate the air and take another look. When I saw that it was late, I stopped bothering and didn't let him. Call me again and turn on the air conditioner.
