I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made everything seamless. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. I also loved the added perk of free coffee and delicious food at the Lobby area,which made the experience even better. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to Wuma shopping street, making it super convenient. Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, amenities, and prime location!one of the best hotel in Wenzhou!

本來就以為是個快捷，但真超預期了！ 位置優越，路對面就是妙果寺、九山公園。房間就能看到凈光塔。步行幾條老街，幾百米而已。無論購物、美食、拍照都是剛剛好。 酒店很新，各種設施齊全。房間不算大但夠用，設計也很討喜，窗前可坐，還細心地配上茶盞，我都沒用自帶的😄。 最應該説服務，無論在哪裡遇到服務人員，都會收到親切的問候，前台的幾位小哥哥小姐姐你們辛苦了。 總得説點不好的，其實也算不上不好，這個位置寸土寸金的，免費停車，入住報備車牌，距離酒店幾十米，很方便的。但確實不是酒店專屬，周圍端詳半天也不可能有專屬車場了。現在淡季沒什麼問題，就怕旺季再來的話，停車有點隱患。

What a fanstastic experience overall, well done Ibis Styles Longwan Team! From a personalized airport pick up/drop off service by a very friendly and professional young driver to an amazing hospitality service provided by the Reception and cleaning staff, I could not have hoped for a better stay during my short transit in Wenzhou. The room was perfect for my needs (non smoking and with a view), it is super clean, spacious and had all the amenities once can hope for. The breakfast was awesome too, with a wide variety of choice for food and drinks. The homemade soup was just divine! Special thanks to the Reception crew who went above and beyond to help me navigate through an issue with my airline booking (not related to Ibis). They are always smiling and even if English may not be their first language, we could easily communicate via translators. Finally, if I was to rate my entire experience at the Ibis Styles Longwan Airport from 0 to 100, I can hand on heart give them 100 as they demonstrated all the customer service qualities and attributes associated with perfection! One of the better hotel around the area whereby the tourist sightseeing bus is just outside the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Not bad for the price, however it may be not the best from this hotel Chain. Maybe it feels a little older than others from All Seasons Hotel, but decent anyway. There is no reason not to stay there

In general, the hotel is good, and the staff is qualified and friendly. They are always ready to help. Booking was easy, and check-in was quick. There were strange smells in the elevator and the room, but this was probably due to unfamiliarity. The next day, I smelled the room, and it was fine. However, I believe that if I had approached the reception, the issue would have been resolved quickly. I was slightly dissatisfied with the fact that the hotel is long, and there are two elevators at the beginning and one at the end of the building. This made it inconvenient to descend from the middle of the building, which was the 7th floor. However, the overall impressions are extremely positive

Hotel locations was excellent. Near Wuma street where shopping has great discounts at Anta sport shop. Staff at hotel provide excellent services. Breakfast are good. Many good food at walking distance. And you don’t feels lonely walking at Wima street. Fully recommend to book through Trip.com.  Well done Trip.com and Ruijin E hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were a bit concerned before arriving because I had read that this place is not well known to foreigners and we speak no Chinese. However, we received a warm welcome from the hotel reception, and faced no issues communicating. Thank goodness for translation apps and patient people! The hotel provides pick up from the train station; we took a taxi and were reimbursed since that was easier for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful, so don’t worry if you speak no Chinese: they will find a way to understand and help you. The hotel is within walking distance of two scenic areas. For the others, the hotel arranged a driver for us, although we could have managed with ride hailing or local buses. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with the necessary amenities.

The hotel is new, modern, and clean. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, which made the check-in process much easier. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a heated toilet seat and a bidet, adding a luxurious touch. Despite being only three floors high, the hotel doesn’t feel small. The breakfast was made to order, offering personalized meals each morning. The location is another highlight. It’s just a short walk to Nantang Market, making it convenient to explore the local area. Taking a stroll by the river was a peaceful and enjoyable experience, with beautiful views to take in. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was both peaceful and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and modern place to stay with easy access to local attractions.

Wi-Fi is a basic thing to have for a hotel. But this hotel wifi wouldn't work due to the captive portal saying the name and room don't match. When I reached out the hotel told me nothing can be done about it. It also took a really long time to check in with a foreign passport. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone from abroad. Otherwise this hotel room was very nice and comfortable. But having no internet access besides cellular data is kind of a deal breaker when everything is connected nowadays. The Buffet is horrible and was mostly empty less in less than an hour into service and it was not refilled.
