這次入住全季酒店體驗特別好，房間衞生做得非常到位，乾淨整潔無異味，細節處理得很用心。前台艷子服務熱情周到，辦理入住效率高，態度親切又專業，早餐種類豐富，口味在線，食材新鮮，吃得很舒心。整體環境安靜舒適，性價比超高，無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，是會反覆選擇的酒店，真心推薦！

日本人2人で利用しました。 客室のほか共用スペースも用意されていますが、バス・トイレは客室内に備え付けられており、とても清潔で快適に過ごせました。 特にオーナーの男性が非常に親切で、空港までの送迎に加え、中国語での対応が必要な場面において率先して対応してくださいました。中国語が分からない私たちにとって、それらのやり取りはオーナーの助けなしでは非常に困難だったと思います。彼がいなければ、伊寧に入ることすらできなかったかもしれません。本当に感謝しています。

Excellent stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the tatami bed was very comfortable. Very kind host offered outstanding services - offering rides nearby and breakfast, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

房間衞生很好 也很乾凈，前台小姐姐也很貼心 因為朋友過生日佈置的，蛋糕也提前幫我們放在了冰箱，非常感謝🙏，也提供早餐，就在同一樓層，早餐營養、豐富，來伊寧市旅遊的夥伴可以考慮一下，乾淨、整潔 、舒心

Value for money stay with comfortable and spacious room for 3 adults. The room is clean but the corridor and laundry area need more attention. The washing machine and dryer are very useful and efficient. The front desk receptionist named 'xiao mai' is extremely helpful and always smile generously. My family had a relaxing 3-nights stay in this hotel after tiring and sickly tour. A good place away from the noise to relax and chill.

第二次入住了，酒店是新裝修的，設備設施完善，餐廳早餐品種豐富，房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，床品柔軟，枕頭高度也剛剛好，辦完入住，睡了一覺特別踏實。採光和隔音都很不錯，白天明亮通透，晚上安靜。位置距離六星街和大型商場很近，很方便，周邊交通、吃飯都不用愁，出行特別省心。前台小姐姐態度熱情又有禮貌，辦理入住和退房都很快，諮詢一些當地特色的美食景色也很熱情解答，服務很貼心。房間設施齊全，洗漱用品質量在線，衞生間乾淨，水壓水温都很穩定。整體裝修簡約大氣，看着就很舒心，細節做得很到位，好評！

The elevator landing areas and the elevators themselves are a bit old and unrenovated which made us a bit worried at first but the room is very large, new and clean. One minus point is the TV wasn't working, they tried to fix it but it didn't work. The highlight was the breakfast, delicious and nutritious. Location wise - it's over 2km from Liuxing street and not really walkable bur a short Didi ride away There's nothing much to do or see around the hotel itself.

Road leading to the hotel is poorly paved, with many potholes and in need of repair. Place feels rather sleepy. Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was sub-par. The water temperature was also erratic, with the water either very hot or very cold. Staff could have better attitude - almost did not get back the initial security deposit and staff did not remind us about it and seemed rude when we asked about it. Despite being advertised as being near the Liuxing Street, the street is actually about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is at the eatery just beside the hotel. It is a joint that is also patronized by many locals although the food may not be as palatable to foreigners.

跟家裡人一起出來玩兒 真的選擇了一家不錯的酒店 尤其是28號上班的前台小姐姐 服務超棒 我們先入住的兩間房比較冷 她很有耐心的幫我們解決問題 我們對地方不熟悉沒有不耐煩的在幫我們介紹 有説有笑的真的很有家的感覺 早餐也很好吃 房間也乾淨 但忘拍了 值得一去👍👍

The overall experience was good, except there were construction activities around that area during our stay. This created some issues, as some Didi drivers and transporters refused to fetch us to the hotel. Some of the rooms have some unpleasant smell.
