„This was a wonderful stay, from beginning to end. The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff. The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes. The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look. We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight. All in all a great choice. Thank you again to the staff.”

„I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up! A special thank you to Zilai from the front desk who proactively upgraded my room for free when I checked in and even included a complimentary breakfast. That was incredibly thoughtful! The upgraded room was absolutely fantastic. All the facilities are smart-controlled; 'Xiaodu' (the smart assistant) handles the curtains, lights, and TV, giving it a very high-tech feel. The electric toilet and sensor lights were also very responsive. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a very restful night's sleep.”

„Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing.”

„Welcoming, fun and central place to stay near Liuxing Street! The owner speaks English well and is super friendly and interesting. His love for travel and his culture is displayed around the hostel with the beautiful and quirky decor, and it is easy to see that lots of love and thought went into this place. His family were around and they are lovely too. They gave me a free coconut coffee which was delicious! The female shared room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed with a curtain. There was a cupboard for each bed. There is a little shared kitchen which had a fridge/freezer, a hot water dispenser and things for cooking and eating (although I didn’t cook there). The shared female toilets had a few toilets and a few shower stalls - a down side for me was the toilets are all squat toilets and there was no toilet paper when I was there so I had to bring my own (maybe I did not see it, I did not ask). There were shared living spaces where you could sit at the tables and chairs, an outdoor courtyard area with a nice little garden, a lovely quiet reading room area with the owner’s books, and a rooftop area with tents. It’s a really cool, international place. I would love to come back again.”

„We stayed at Hilton Hampton Yining for one night. The hotel is clean and new, we really like the smart technology used in the rooms - like the automatic blinds system and the ability to open a window for fresh air if you feel like it. Otherwise the aircon is perfect and allows you to adjust the temperatures according to your liking. This is a rare find when some hotels set the temperature centrally. We had to travel to Nalati the next day, but as we visited during off peak season the tour buses didn’t operate. 小妮 Julie and the team from the front desk helped us arrange a private ride , this really helped us with our travels! Thank you. We liked the breakfast offering a variety of meal options, the drinks in the atrium are also great. We enjoyed the stay.”
