The hotel location was great, and so close to the subway for easy transport into the city. When I made the reservation, it did not indicate that parking was an additional fee, just that there was parking. Not that parking was very much, but I don't recall seeing a fee posted on the booking website, and it was jusy unexpected. The room was sufficient- a tiny bit smaller than expected. And the room had a slight sour smell, not sure if it was mildew or just stuffy from the winter west weather, but we were only there one night, so we didn't fuss. The check-in staff spoke less english than expected, but was okay, as my Deutsch was just good enough we could meet in the middle. Breakfast was a good spread and the attendants were plenty.

When I was checking in, I was a little worried the staff would be unable to speak English. However the two receptionists who helped me were perfectly fluent and answered any questions I had. I did unfortunately have to pay a city tax on top of my room, but it wasn’t expensive and this is a common thing in most hotels in Europe. The room itself was pretty decent and had plenty of space for my suitcase and to walk around. The en-suite was great and had good towels and hot shower. The bed was comfy with a good mattress and duvet wise, but the pillows were a bit limp and didn’t have a lot in them. I spoke to another member of staff who spoke little English, who said he’d look and bring one to my room, but this never happened. Whatever the case, still had a good sleep, would have better with extra head comfort. As for breakfast, there was a great variety of choice from fry-up food (bacon, sausages, eggs) to continental pastries and drinks. I would say the only downside was there was not enough for fruit, as there was only a few apples and plates of sliced oranges. Would have been better if there was more to choose fruit wise, but everything else was great and was a good fuel up for the day in Cologne. When checking out, they also allowed me to place my luggage and bags in their storage room with zero charge which is great when you’re exploring for the day and have a later departure time. Overall, if you’re in Cologne for a day (like me) or two, this place is a great option and I would stay here again!

The hotel is very well located, close to transport links and within walking distance of a range of bars and restaurants and many good neighbourhoods such as the Belgisches Viertel. There was a good choice for breakfast.

チェックインは系列のホテルで行う必要があり、Googleマップで表示される場所にはフロントもなく直接入れないので要注意（朝食も別の建物）。インターホン越しに案内してくれますが、事前にお知らせしてくれるとよりスムーズだったかと思います。 いくつかの建物があるようで、宿泊もまた違う建物でしたが、ミニキッチンがついたダイニングルームとベッドルームに分かれていて、快適に過ごせました！（予約時の写真とは全然違いましたが） エレベーターなしで建物間の移動も発生しますが、そのあたりを気にしないのであればコスパよくおすすめです。

4 günlük Avrupa tatilimin son gününde konaklama fırsatı buldum kelimenin tek anlamıyla mükemmeldi keşke daha önce bulsaydım dedim. Oda ve banyo aşırı temizdi. İçerisi çok güvenli her kapıda kart okutmak gerekiyor. Bir çok otelde kaldım ancak diğerlerinde buradaki gibi rahat uyku uyuyamadım ya da çanta ve eşyaları güvenip bırakamadım. Kahvaltı sade ve güzeldi. Personeller aşırı ilgili ve yardımcı oldu. Check out sırasındanda sahibiyle tanışma fırsatım oldu çok nazik kibar biriydi. Ayrıca hediye haribo için teşekkür ederim çok güzel düşünülmüş ❤️

這次入住 Essential by Dorint Köln-Junkersdorf，整體感受相當不錯，簡單整理一下給大家參考： 房間環境 房間寬敞明亮，採光很好，整體乾淨整潔。床鋪軟硬適中，睡起來很舒服，浴室乾濕分離，用起來方便。 餐飲體驗 早餐選擇多樣，西式口味，有炒時蔬熱菜！ 服務態度 櫃檯人員親切有禮，入住/退房流程快速！ 缺點 我們只是入住辦理停車下行李，櫃台竟然說樓下停車場是外包，停了一個多小時收了7歐!!!!!後來觀察一下停旁邊馬路免費。 免費水只有入住有提供~但縮水了~~~以前很大一罐的

The hotel was nice if you're visiting Köln. But i guess we just had experienced a scary situation where someone was trying to Unlock the door at around 9pm when we're about to sleep. We got scared. Then when we heard that, i asked who's trying to open the door and it was a Family with 2 kids, so the receptionist gave us the wrong key for our booked room and they gave the Family the wrong key but with the same room number. No explanation was made what really happened at that exact moment from the receptionist , got no time to go down and ask the reception since we're tired from that day. But ofcourse we're already bothered and scared about that.

Gdy dotarliśmy do hotelu byliśmy w lekkim szoku, po prawej stronie hotelu było kino porno, a po lewej sala do *** seksu. Nie żebym był pruderyjny, ale i tak sprawia mi to mniej przyjemne uczucie. Pokój był skromnie umeblowany, wolelibyśmy mieć w pokoju wentylator, ponieważ było bardzo ciepło, a otwieranie okien nie wchodzi w grę ze względu na ruch uliczny A teraz, kończąc pozytywnie, łóżka były dobre i nie mieliśmy nic do zarzucenia na śniadanie

The hotel brings a vibe of vintage. The single bed room is spacious. Good toilet and heater. The soundproof could be better. Overall 9/10 experience. Highly recommended for lone travelers.

Pierwszego dnia spaliśmy w mroźnym pomieszczeniu, bo grzejnik był zepsuty, poprosiliśmy dwóch znajomych o jego wymianę, jest to w nocy na recepcji, ale następnego dnia przychodzi tylko technik i mówią, że nie mogą na razie nic, bardzo smutno, że pokój został zmieniony następnego dnia, ale cena nie odpowiadała wydajności. Śniadanie nie było złe. Nie wybrałbym ponownie tego hotelu ani trip.com.
